They have a wide range of parts in stock for washing machines, tumble driers, coolers and hovers all brands catered for. They always have a good stock of washing machine and tumble driers in the shop. Often they have bargains as they gets ones which have very minor cosmetic damage hence there prices are often cheaper than those found in the big electrical stores. They also provide a call out service which I used once and the service in my home was prompt and polite and carried out by a knowledge service engineer. I only have them four stars as I have had to order my part which won't arrive until Tuesday but I highly recommend this shop of you have white goods problems. There is a small insure car park for customers.

They charged me £65 up front, took my no and said it would be ready the afternoon/evening of the following day and that they would call to let me know. The lunchtime of the following day, I happened to be passing anyway so stopped to ask if it was ready. Not yet, they said. So far so good. Later that afternoon / evening - no phone call from them and no answer either when I tried calling. I ended up going there in person only to find myself getting told they hadn't done the job because they needed my password to access the laptop's settings. Me: "So why didn't you call me to get it, or ask me when I was here in person this lunchtime?" Them: "Because we were short staffed". Yes I got my £65 back but I'd rather just have had my laptop fixed. Pathetic waste of time.
