When he arrived he claimed that I never told him the make and model, and that because of this it was going to be more money because it was not the machine he was expecting. On top of this he was very rude, and I had to ask him politely to not speak to me like a child. I wanted to replace the gasket because I have sensitive skin and exzema, and the doctor suggested that taking this out and cleaning it/replacing it can help with residue and mold getting on clothes. He proceeded to tell me that even though the gasket had mold on it (it was black in places), that it doesn't affect my clothes, which I find hard to believe, and have been told otherwise by many others. I asked for a receipt which he never gave me. Very unproffesional, very rude, and serious communication issues. Accused me of not telling the make and model over the phone despite it being the first thing he asked me, then hiking up the price.

When I called Washing Repair Specialist I been told it's not worthy to repair it better I get a new one, and been explain what the issue with the washing machine. However, the most recent time I used them, the engineer took a look at my machine for, I kid you not, less than 10 seconds, and told me that there was nothing he could do and that I needed to buy a new machine.
