The level of service I'd expect from an Indian call centre. I dropped my laptop into the Croydon branch on 24 May to have a software issue fixed. They charged me £65 up front, took my no and said it would be ready the afternoon/evening of the following day and that they would call to let me know. The lunchtime of the following day, I happened to be passing anyway so stopped to ask if it was ready. Not yet, they said. So far so good. Later that afternoon / evening - no phone call from them and no answer either when I tried calling. I ended up going there in person only to find myself getting told they hadn't done the job because they needed my password to access the laptop's settings. Me: "So why didn't you call me to get it, or ask me when I was here in person this lunchtime?" Them: "Because we were short staffed". Yes I got my £65 back but I'd rather just have had my laptop fixed. Pathetic waste of time. read more

This is the third laptop they have destroyed! I simply thought it was just a coincidence and gave them a third try with my laptop, hoping it was just unlucky for the other two laptops I gave them to repair. I only needed a new windows installed and a 500GB hard drive put in there. BIG MISTAKE. It cost me £45 for the windows and £50 for the hard drive. I took it back, it only took them two days to repair and everything was fine until the screen of death appeared (which means you need a new hard drive) I went back and complained, they "repaired" it again with no charge but same thing happened. Frustrated so I went to KnowHow in Currys in croydon and explained the story. They asked me instantly who did you go to and I told them 'All About Laptops' and he looked at me and shook his head telling me never go there. I repaired my laptop (new windows and new hard drive) for the same price. They are more reliable and I totally trust them more. Do yourself a favour, give this place a miss and go to Currys at the KnowHow section! Same price BUT better service! read more

EXTREMELY UNHAPPY AND REVOLTED ABOUT THIS SERVICE!!!! They do not even deserve the one star I gave! Me and my boyfriend put a phone in to be unlocked. We was promised the code within 3 hours... Did that happen? NO! The next day we called and called for them to not answer their phone. When they finally did answer their phone a man called Joseph Girard was rude calling me a lier, idiot and accused me of giving the wrong contact number. I then gave him the correct contact number and he refused to give the pass code once he said he would sort it. He did not once apologise for something that was his fault! Did not sympathise with me as a customer and instead gave a horrible service with bad language! They have caused us a massive inconvenience and I highly DO NOT recommend them to anyone! read more

Warning to anyone that goes to this shop, I went to get my laptop repaired, they said they can fix it, went back a few hours later and was told it was fixed. I got home and the problem was not fixed at all. I went to get a refund and was told no because they had done work on my laptop, even though it was the completely wrong work. Quite happy to take your money but refuse to give it back even though they haven't fixed anything and the staff are just rude, wouldn't recommend this place to any one as iv had my laptop fixed and it was a simple problem that they couldn't even do .. but charged a large amount and didn't return it. Do not use this business. The staff are untrustworthiness, unreliable and extremely rude. I sent in my laptop for what should have been a simple repair, but they lied about what they would be doing to the machine and were not able to fix the problem in the end. They also lied about how long the job would take. Completely unsatisfactory. I will be reporting this company to the local Trading Standards team at the council.
