We did so - another £100 charge out - and to my surprise it took him 5 mins and he didn't in fact briny and new tools, just a screwdriver and hammer etc from his tool bag. So he was clearly just trying to get paid 2 charge out fees for 1 job. And to make matters worse, on the 2nd call out he noticed yet another problem (some of the bolts not sitting properly when locked), which got my wife all wound up and anxious, but said once again he would need to come back for a 3rd visit - and another £100 charge out! - since he didn't have time to do this while on site. In fact he had come to ours 30 mins earlier than agreed so when he claimed lack of time he was actually running 20 minutes early from when he was supposed to be with us! Clearly just trying to get paid 3 call out fees for one job. Unprofessional, dishonest and overpriced. Consider yourselves warned!
