Please, stay away from this company…read more I made the mistake of paying them more than one hundred pounds to clean my one-bedroom appartement and take care of carpet cleaning in the bedroom. I wasted my money and wish I had chosen someone else. I was not there while the cleaners were there but they were given access to the appartement by the porter. I came back to inspect and I was horrified. The appartement was a mess! The bed was full of pieces of furniture which didn't belong there, part of the furniture was in the living room and the bed was in the middle of the room. The cushions on the couch were not placed properly. Please see images uploaded. I called immediately and waited for 3 hours for the cleaners to come back. When they came back, I was afraid of them because I thought they were going to spit in my face. They were extremely rude and didn't even finish the job properly, my boyfriend and I had to do it. I called again the manager and made a complaint, he was so rude he yelled at me and practically insulted me. I have never received such service as a client in my whole life. We spent several hours on the phone where he was interrupting me, not letting me talk, not listening and yelling at me. The excuse that came up 3 hours after I first called was that the carpet needed time drying but I was not told that when I booked and it would have changed my plans. I sent an email to complain which was never answered and had to call several times. When I spoke to a manager, they always said they would get back to me. I remained nice and gave them time. It's been a month, and they never called back, I was the one who called. They basically told me that I had paid and that was it. I am horrified to have paid more than 100 pounds for such bad service. Please stay away from them and chose someone else. Although they were nice on the phone when I booked it, I am disgusted by what followed. According to them, it's somehow my fault that their rude and lazy cleaners did not finish the job.

Haven't used a launderette for over 10years! I was very very pleased with the service I received…read morefrom the staff here. Would definitely recommend! I arrive just after Friday Prayers, so no one was around when I initially entered the shop. After a few minutes I was greeted by staff who were very welcoming and happy to help, as I didn't have a clue what I was doing. They explained what I will be charged for and broke down the cost down to me (I had no idea how a service wash worked!! I was under the impression you drop the laundry pay and go). For the 4 large blankets I was charged £63! For the service, cost of Drying, and for the laundry powder and fabric conditioner(I stupidly forgot to bring my own). I was told to pay a deposit and return at 5:30/6pm. I returned at 5:30pm as request all the blankets were folded and ready to go!! They even offered to load them in the car for me!! Fantastic service thank you so much!!
