But I shot over a picture to All Surface, they said they could handle it, they refinished it, and it literally looks like it rolled straight out of the factory (and for roughly 1/4th the price of a replacement). The work is perfect, communications great, the price for the amount of work is very fair, and we are thrilled with the end result. These guys get 5 out of 5 with no need to round up ... I'd give 'em a 6 out of 5 if I could :-)

Then they came out to do an inhome inspection/review of the chairs. They were friendly, receptive, professional and answered all of my questions before doing any of the work. We agreed on the pricing and they took the chairs. With the amount of work done, it took about 6 weeks to get the chairs back. The finished product is below: the darker fabric is the original and the lighter is the upholstered job completed. I am so happy with their work, I have my dining room chairs being restored and reupholstered now as well! Give them a holler and they will get back to you in a timely manner. They do excellent work. Jilted Sparks was the only business that wasn't trying to price gouge me, and quoted a very fair price. I needed transportation to/from my place, and Mandi was able to accommodate that in the quote. She kept in contact with me every step of the way, and provided me many photos to make sure I was happy with the final color. There were a few touch ups last minute that needed extra time to dry, so she advised me to just let the table sit for a couple days before using it. Now the table is a very close match to its original condition. All in all, very satisfied with the result and cost of the project, and would gladly work with Mandi again for any similar projects.

Tabitha quickly responded to my inquiries about getting work done on several pieces of furniture. She came to the house and did some initial repairs on the trimwork on a large antique cabinet. Her pricing for the work was reasonable and the quality is excellent. Additionally, I delivered to her a round wooden breakfast table that needed to be stripped and restained and an old bed frame that had a broken spindle between the posts. She completed the work according to the estimated schedule and the quality was excellent. I was very pleased with the work she did for us and will contact her again when other projects come up. She was very professional and easy to work with. I highly recommend her for anyone needing furniture refinishing work or furniture repairs.

The BEST THING to happen in the past month was RIPPING out the Shaw Vinyl flooring that Green…read moreCarpet and their installers put in wrong causing the vinyl to buckle from underneath. What did their installers do wrong? They used WAY TO MUCH WATER in the leveling compound that NEVER dried and it destroyed the vinyl from underneath. For over 2 years, the water sat there destroying the floor from underneath. And you said... well there's moisture underneath. Well yes... but there was no leak in the slab, there was no leak in either of the two sinks, there was no leak in the toilet. There was no leak in the dishwasher and there was no leak in the water dispenser on the refrigerator. Green Carpet (and IF they contacted Shaw) then denied us any warranty claim. What a shame. We gave Green Carpet lots of money when we moved into this house with whole house carpet and wooden flooring in the dining room. Probable future business and recommendations are NO more. We hired a new company who ripped the vinyl floor out, you can see from the pictures enclosed. The tiles were wet underneath. The leveling had turned to powder. They then sanded the floor down properly, and then the entire floor was sealed (which had your installers done, the floor would have lasted MAYBE) We then had a very nice ceramic tile installed. Rest assured, you have not heard the end of me. After this flooring rip-out discovery in that we did nothing wrong, I will do what I can to social media post your company that the buyer should beware. We lost a lot of money, and you will likely lose a lot more money through the power of bad social media and reviews. It will be tagged to Shaw Flooring also. I hear on radio you are moving out of Windcrest. Good for the residents of Windcrest. Goodbye and Good Riddance

Triple R Refinishing

Triple R refinished and replaced my kitchen cabinets. They did an outstanding job refinishing…read moredamaged doors and baseboards and replaced some doors, and paint application is flawless with clean lines. I recommend. Details below. I used Yelp's Project feature to get quotes on this job. I called Triple R too asking for quote, and it took a few days for a return call. They visited to see potential job and quote, as did a couple of other companies populated by Yelp's Project feature. Triple R's price was competitive, and their service features, guarantee and availability was the reason I booked them. The process was explained at booking. The cabinet and drawer facings were removed. A few days later they provided a paint sample on a cabinet door so that I could see the true color of how the paint looks. I'm glad for the test because the colors were too light. We tried a darker shade, which took a few days to get, and that was much better. The kitchen is completely closed off for 3 days, and we were asked to pull out the oven away from the wall so they can spray paint. They put up a plastic shield, ceiling to floor, to spray paint boxes of the cabinets. The facings are done at the shop. We had no access to refrigerator, oven etc. Triple R's work also included installing new doors (included in quote) new knobs and handles (we provided), new soft close hinges (they provide) and new bumper pads (they provide). Overall job took 3 weeks. Most communication was by text. Triple R is a family business, so grace given that their Yelp profile is not robust (2 reviews). And grace given with black dust that is a residual effect of interior spray painting (no damage resulted, just had to thoroughly clean afterwards).
