I am not sure this is a legitimate company. I have tried numerous times to call them and no one answers. They have only responded by text. I have no idea if they're actually going to show up on time or do what they said they were going to do please beware of this company. I don't know if they are even real. Someone named Leann responds and they did a lot at first and then delayed a day and a half when i tried to book with them. For all I know "leann" is someone in SE Asia running a scam. Buyer beware. Taylor came on time to refinish my front door and as before he did a perfect job. This door is not easy to work on: it is a very large wood and aluminum pivot door. The prep is very difficult and time consuming but Taylor did an excellent job and finished in 4-1/2 hours. He will be an annual service worker for me and I am lucky to have Biggins to do the job. Get your door refinished! While in a walk a month ago I noticed a man refinishing one of my neighbor's front door. I walked up and got his card but didn't call. A week later I was on another walk and happened to walk by that house. I was blown away by how great it looked. It was so impressive that I called as soon as I got home. They answered my call and asked me to text them pictures of my door so they could give me a quote. I promptly sent them pictures and I received a quote that was actually less than I was expecting. I scheduled immediately once I saw how much it was going to cost me. When they showed up they were very professional and set up a work area after asking me which area they could work at. I don't usually recommend companies but this is straightforward workmanship. He took the door off, sanded it (which was a Hugh undertaking because of the woodwork), stained it and rehung the door. I had the work done by another company that told me Biggins only does work in the San Antonio area.
