We have sent Midea proof of purchase four times. Each time we send the receipt they ask us to send the same info again. Finally, they set up an appointment for us to call a service company only to find the phone number was no longer in service. Called Midea about this "runaround" only to be told they needed the proof of purchase we have provided four times. Decided to call a local appliance repair company only to be told they won't work on Midea products . Called Lowe's . They won't help. Checked Lowe's website and found they are still selling Midea!

A Very messed up company. They didn't put the right items that we ordered online in our cart when…read morewe went to pick the order up, they gave me lights that I did not order and then when I told them I wanted the right lights he said I had to return the wrong ones that you put in my cart and then when I told the lady on the shelf that the right ones were over there and they said they were $4 your choice and I wanted those ones and then she said she had a call for a manager and the manager would never come to address the problem I'm never going to buy anything online or at Vero Beach Lowe's ever again this is a horrible experience today you guys are the worst store your customer service is awful and you made the mistake and put the wrong lights in my order and then when I came to pick it up I noticed that you didn't have the right items for me. It's so frustrating you guys really don't have your act together and customer service is completely incompetent and then the manager never even came to address the problem and make it right. I won't buy anything else from Lowe's ever again! Louis has very bad management here and their employees are making errors with putting the wrong items in our online pickups. Very bad experience I'm not coming back or using Lowe's anymore to buy anything because of this big error today and then I called on the telephone and this lady Bonnie who said she heard my conversation she was there and she was a manager but she never intervened or did anything about making it right and then she hung up on me Lowe's is horrible I can't believe how you have gone down the tubes in recent years you used to be a good story years ago but now I can tell that you're just absolutely horrible the worst experience ever I would never recommend Lowe's to anyone ever again! I'm not going to be buying anything online or shopping at Lowe's anymore after this experience today. I ordered the $4 spot light x2, they gave me something else. The sign on the display said either the spotlight or pathway light were $4, your choice, but they gave me the other one, although I wanted and ordered the spotlights. I had bought the other kind before from them, but it was junk and never held up. I don't think I will ever buy anything at Lowe's every again, will boycott them now for sure. They were not nice in how they handled their error and did not make it right, I never got my other two lights I wanted, their loss of $, as I just won't go back. Then this manager who is invisible never came to the counter or phone when I called, what a messed up store! They need some quality control here for sure. I am boycotting Lowe's now, you messed up my order. A manager never came when I was there to fix it, nor when I called today, mediocrity at its best at lowes, won't buy online or in person anymore here, too woke and you do not enforce FL state laws allowing all these dogs in the store, the law says only service dogs. You are breaking the law. I am doing some bad reviews now of lowes after you messed up my order today and no one made it right. Shame on lowes! A very me

The technicians showed up late if at all and barely working longer than 3 hours, rushed through the job without properly securing anything, and left in a hurry. Literally minutes after they drove away, the entire hood started sagging and the ductwork came crashing down, dangling like a sad snake from the wall. The image speaks for itself--shoddy brackets, exposed foil tape failing everywhere, and holes in the drywall that look like they were punched by amateurs. Now my kitchen is a mess, with potential fire hazards from the poor venting, and I have to pay someone else to fix their incompetence. Avoid this company at all costs; they're unprofessional, careless, and clearly don't care about quality or safety. Zero stars if I could!
