I was informed by my rental company of this fact and shone pictures. When asking for a refund I was told that it was outside of their window for refund and essentially denied. It was my mistake to chose a company without an established history and I will not make that mistake again. Also their was some issues regarding leaving my AC on 50 degrees in the summer with the patio door open all night that didn't get turned off until I got there much, much later.

Shay, the cleaner, was prompt and provided an excellent service. The house is indeed very clean and I appreciate the hard work!
