I told Jake about a particular issue in my life: I had the habit of rushing out of the house in the mornings, often forgetting what I needed to take. Jake led me through the sessions in such a beautifully calm manner and really, with his guidance, it was ME that unlocked the solution. That was a couple of years ago and I STILL maintain much of the processes that would help me be more mindful in this respect in the future. To this day I have a routine which slows me down and allows me to check on what I will be needing whilst on the road. So thank you, Jake. You made a big difference in my life!

Rest assured, that is NOT what hypnotherapy is like AT ALL! LOL! Sandra is truly one of the most beautiful, caring people I have ever met! From our first email, text and even first session, I felt like I was talking to a long time friend, where you can be candid, laugh, cry and just be yourself which allows you (and Sandra) to hone in on what you'd like out of your session. My first and second sessions were AMAZING! :) I felt calm, safe and optimistic that with Sandras guidance and wisdom I would reach the barriers in my subconscious that were preventing me from being my best self and Sandra did not disappoint!! I was guided to not only the barriers, but Sandra gave me the confidence to remove them and create a clear path to my best self! I left both sessions feeling light, happy and confident. It's a feeling that is so deeply embedded in me that I feel like I'm walking on air! Sandra couldn't have chosen a better name for her practice because my sessions were truly Transformational!

After our sessions, I noticed that I was starting to process trauma that had been too painful/buried to do so consciously through other therapy methods. I'm starting to adopt healthier behavioral patterns, moving with more fluidity, and am slowly regaining my agency and my voice.I highly recommend Sandra, especially if you're dealing with trauma that feels too deep to reach with regular talk therapy. - Sophi D

In fact, I went in as a skeptic, but I found Shannon's approach to be powerful and grounded in deep truths. She works with all kinds of people, and everyone in my family has loved their sessions with her. Her work is something of a middle-ground between massage and chiropractic work, so she focuses on realigning the body and using unobtrusive means to get everything in place. My mom sees Lorilee to address chronic back pain and foot problems, but I usually have my sessions focus on small problems or discomforts, or just to feel especially good. I keep returning to Lorilee because she is an incredible person and easy to talk to. Seriously: this woman has some amazing stories and life experiences. She is always accommodating with doing her body work in a way that makes me feel comfortable, and it's never painful like chiropractic work can sometimes be. Not only did Bella bring so much energy and information instantly to the reading (with very little information from me), all the lives she tapped into made so much sense for me in many ways. I was edge-of-my-seat fascinated the whole time. I love how she taps into the past lives herself, taking the pressure off you, allowing you to retain a sense of control and ability to ask questions and take notes throughout. Even after all that, the most worthwhile takeaway for me was the energy clearing she provided at the end for my energy centers affected by all the past lives. It was super quick at the end and affected me in big positive ways that I (and my husband) noticed almost immediately. And I'm still receiving imagery from my dreams reflecting these lasting changes in my subconscious. Truly amazed. Highly recommend!
