I went there to dye my hair pink and even though I arrived super late, last minute, Alina, the owner was super kind to accommodate me and did the best hair salon service I've ever experienced. She was very professional, extremely knowledgeable and I felt honestly taken care by her. You can tel that she is not in for the money, she gets really concerned about your hair health. She recommended me the best hair products and didn't try to sell anything to me. She taught me how to take care of my hair on a weekly basis, and great advices to how to keep it healthy and restore the life out of my very damaged hair. Quite possibly the worst haircut I have ever had in my life. I went in for a haircut, just some layers and thinning, but I left the salon looking like a hick instead. There were two ladies in the salon, one brunette and blonde hair lady (sorry they never introduced themselves). The one with the pixie blonde haircut did my hair. She did not know how to cut hair at all. Her scissor work was clumsy and she literally didn't know how to use the thinning scissors. When she used it, it was like cutting into vegetables or something. absolutely no finesse and ruined my hair. I guess you get what you pay for. Alina the owner did my hair and I was super happy with the fact that she was generous with the product, all the other places I've got it done the girls were always afraid to add extra product and they would say "you only put on a lllittle bit." And they would apply it to the ends and have tons of product left over and it was such a waste. My hair is wavy, coarse, it has highlights, and the highlights dry it out. The last time I got a Keratin treatment my hair was ssso soft and it reduced the frizziness dramatically. I'm a wash and go girl, I nnever blow dry my hair I'm too lazy, the treatment is so worth it, the last time I got it done it lasted for over 4 months. read more

I told her about my hair texture and what I wanted my cut to accomplish and she gave me an awesome cut and style that will work with my hair natural or that I can easily replicate at home. It was only $35 for a wash, cut, and style (plus a $1 card fee). She was so meticulous and was constantly checking and matching the length of the cuts on either side. I'm so happy I came here for a wash and blow dry. Staff are nice, friendly, and offered Armenian coffee. I needed a cup since I felt very sleepy. I read the reviews on yelp and services offered and prices. I took a chance not knowing anything about the quality of service. Also, this salon is close to home which was two big thumbs up. I've been going to the same woman to do my highlights and eyebrows for years, however, she's in Larchmont and I'm in Glendale, so I decided to check out a more local salon. I made an appointment online as instructed on the salon's website but when I arrived, they were entirely unaware of my appointment. I will make an appointment via the phone next time. I may have had my doubts, but they did a great job on my hair. The highlights are perfect, the cut precise, and the blow dry, amazing. She did threading on my eyebrows and they're fantastic. I went in looking like an old hippie and came out looking like a sitcom star!! I came here to get my hair color and highlights touched up, the woman working talked me into re-doing them she said she could make my hair beyond outstanding, so I took her advise. The place got busy towards the end and she rushed me out of there. Later in the day I looked at my hair in daylight and it was awful highlights looked uneven and some were very thick and when I put my hair up highlights looked horrible half of the front didn't have any, I felt like a skunk. So I called her and told her I didn't like what they looked like she said "come in I'll fix it" so that same day I went and when I got there she said she was busy come back tomorrow at 6pm so I did and when I got there I was notified that she was gone for the day...
