Ironically the older Kerrville bus was more comfortable compared to the double decker Megabus. On the Kerrville bus, I had more leg room and the AC actually worked.

The terminal itself is clean, basic seating that can accommodate the large number of people there. Bathrooms are clean, free coffee, vending machines, and the bilingual staff was friendly. Buses seem a bit dated but my family member says they are comfortable, never complained about the drivers in fact she prefers to sit at the front closer to the drivers. Bus station is not in the best neighborhood but never had a bad experience going down there. If someone offers to help you carry bags to your car be ready to pay them a couple bucks. To Management: CHANGE THE SMOKE ALARM BATTERY, it has been chirping for months!!!!
