The original awning lasted 18 years and we thought we couldn't replace it with the exact color, pattern, and material as the old one. I worked initially with April who was able to research and find the impossible, an exact match. Her work saved our Condo Association having to get a new approval from the City's Historical Society. Amazing! Tracey in the office coordinated the fabrication and installation logistics and it was a fast and flawless process! Noah and John arrived this morning right on time and removed the old awning, cleaned up the outside brick facade ready to receive the new one. The awning frame fabrication and welding and the application of the awning material itself was completed in their shop by Noah and John themselves, and again every detail was precise! They cleaned the area afterwards as though they had never been there and the Condo Association was happy to pay the balance in cash. The Project Manager told me that I should call him if we have any concerns whatsoever because their work is guaranteed. A neighbor requested to see it as she needs one. Upon opening the awning, it was fine, but it would not close completely into the trough. I called on March 24, 2026, and spoke with Elizabeth, who was very helpful and explained that they were extremely busy and short-handed. It would take two to three weeks to schedule a service call. Adding that she would contact me with the available dates within a week. I acknowledged that the $175.00 fee was okay. Since I did not hear from her by then, I called on April 6, 2026, and spoke with Pilar. She said she would call or text me when a service call is available. I am very concerned and worried that the squirrels could chew this awning. It happened with my old one. I decided a closed trough was the best solution. I am anxiously awaiting a service call. Two of the gutters filled up with dirt, leaves, straw, etc. He came and cleaned it out which I appreciated and put gutter guards on top. The back gutter is filled up with dirt, etc. and water comes out of it and over the top on porch. He said he would come back and clean the back one. I have called and called until I've about worn the line and tower out and he won't even call me back. The gutter guards should have been installed when the gutter was put up. This is unsatisfactory and worse still he won't call me back. This is bad business. If crying would help, I would. I am very unhappy with gutter and him. The least he could do is call me back!!!
