Looked awful, impossible to clean, old finish chunks flaking up all over. Requested quote through Home Advisor, and Glenn called within the hour. Showed up on time as promised. Quote was competitive with the other. Emailed written estimate next day. World Class had 14 reviews from very happy customers, so we signed on. Work scheduled for a few days later, crew showed up on time with Glenn. Old finish ground down with almost no dust. They had plastic and bungee cords to cover the few pieces we had to leave outside (generator, cabinet). Moisture barrier applied after sweep up and vacuum. Dries overnight. Meanwhile we pick the finish from about a dozen choices on card-sized chips. This "color" is achieved through flake that is used to smother the next day's coating of epoxy. Crew shows up next day, applies epoxy and eight buckets of the flake finish. Dries overnight. Final day, on time, to clear away flake not embedded and apply the non-skid clear topcoat. Two days later, drive on to the amazing and easy to are for garage floor! Absolutely outstanding every step of the way.

I am crushed that I have to change my review. I checked with other craftsmen. Angel allowed for his…read morepeople to butcher my floors and explain it away. I learned later, with other craftsmen, that with correct tools and consideration of my desired outcome, it was not necessary to butcher my floors on their edges. This flooring company tore my floor up. I did try to go cheap so I went with them. I did not know that when we negotiated price, I negotiated away the sealant ti protect floors and allowance to butcher my floors. I was told back/forth 2/3 coats on floor. With/without sealant? Angel said 2 coats sealant. Soon dirt is well in the grains of wood. I know because I can see where a rectifying area was made with the sealant compared to everything that sticks with floor. I have question is it the @Bona #Bona product. My first rodeo. Fixing will cost me an entire 675 sq new floor. It aches my heart. I don't have that kind of money and I wanted a nice outcome. If I had been informed more, I would have work harder to have paid more instead to spend so much more now fix in a few years after I save to do it. Why are workers not honest?!!!! Please inform the consumer the cost of cutting price. I have regrets that will cost me now to redo and seal my floors, and more, if I want to resume my useable sq ftg because you ate it away to close the gaps you butchered. Please do not do this to another customer again. Just be honest even if you don't get the job. I am so hurt.
