Claudio was even nice enough to clean the chimney duct and secure a loose deck board free of charge. Even the big name company that installed my roof 2 years ago wouldn't do the work. JKR was happy to get the business and was fairly priced. Worst experience I've ever had. Spoke with a representative on Friday to get a quote for new…read moregutters for the house. The representative took all the information and scheduled an appointment for Tuesday morning. On Monday I received a text asking me about the skylight(???). I didn't respond. On Tuesday at 11:15 I received a call. I thought they were calling to say they were here. Instead the lady starts asking me about the roof I was getting put on(???). When I told her it was for gutters she began asking me all the same information I had given them last week. When I asked her why they were asking for information I had already given she said they had no information listed. She then tried to blame it on "AI" telling me that the AI program doesn't give appointments so that what she was trying to do. When I explained to her that I spoke to a person and they gave me an appointment for Tuesday morning, she became rude and hung up. I took off Tuesday so that I would be here for their appointment. I guess they must think they're the only gutter installation in Westchester. Clown company. Would not recommend to anyone. Zero stars.

I would have an appointment the next day, with a 2-4pm window (at the end of the day)." I wasn't interested in sitting around again with the possibility of a no-show and no notice or call. I answered, "No. Not interested in your service now or in the future." Given the big hype on their phonemail about customer service and happy customers, the cavalier attitude (after I arranged my schedule and was forced to re-schedule my yard clean-up ,etc because of the no-show, and would have to hire another contractor) surprised me. Almost as surprised as when the Spotless truck appeared in the morning many days later, and I repeated to the crew leader that I had terminated Spotless. Shortly afterward, I received an email that my appointment was canceled. The "family" crew that I hired was reasonably priced, efficient, and honest. After they no-show that window, they wanted to come at a time in the afternoon where I couldnt be there (doctor's appt). I was told they could come after, which, of course, they no-showed again. No apology, no text that they were coming, no phone call that they weren't. When I call to complain, the person on the phone claimed they arrived some time after 11 (which was a complete fabrication - I was home at the time and my ring camera would have caught it). So this company is unreliable, unprofessional, and apparently liars. Take a hard pass on this company.
