If I could give zero stars I would. Absolutely horrible. Will not be coming here again. I wanted a super cute set for my birthday, I showed the guy doing my nails the picture of what I wanted and I got the complete opposite. Also had to remind him several times of how I wanted my nails. They were crooked, not the shape I wanted and uneven. Before he even started I asked if he could do ombré he said he could, and by the way my 'ombré' looked he did NOT know how to ombré; it was more like a block of gray and a block of white. What an absolute waste of $70. I asked for marble nails and we had to take the gel nail off twice because it literally looked like they splattered paint on my nails. I would've appreciated it more if he just said he couldn't do it. I will definitely NOT be coming here, I walked out with acrylic crust all over my hands . Rushed terrible job! Nails are not completely covered, didn't get what I wanted, and overall just a rushed service. I went to this place 3 times got a full set the first time. Went back 2 weeks later for a fill with a different tech he says "oh no you need a new set these nails are all loose". I asked him why if they are only 2 weeks old he didn't answer. I let them do a new set paid for it and came back again 2 weeks later for a fill. They lady did my fill in about 15 minutes. 4 days later 2 nails are loose I go in so they can fix them and they did at no charge. I took off the set since they were feeling loose and my nails have fungus! On 4 of my fingers. I have been getting nails for 20 years and this has never happened to me. I've been here three times in the past 6 months (I'm trying to go on a bi-weekly basis but, I get too busy). I've only gone for pedicures since I work on my feet all day wearing heavy boots sometimes 10 hours a day for 5-6 days a week. It's an understatement to say my feet are very neglected due to my career. I've gotten one dip-manicure here as well but it only lasted a week, again, cause of work. Anyway, I've only ever gotten the jelly pedis. It's amazing! And a great value! $35?? And it includes polish, hot stone massage, and a foot wrap. I paid nearly $60 at a spa for a pedicure and it wasn't nearly as good as the pedis I've gotten here. They didn't even remove the ingrown nail I had gone to get fixed, and my polish wasn't even dry before they had me get out. Definitely my go to place for pedis from now on! read more

I am writing this review after my second visit. It is possible this will be my new nail place. Time will tell. You will get in and out of this place pretty quick. This isn't a place to come for relaxation, this is a get her done place. It is truly amazing how many people work here and all the services they provide. Mani, pedi, eyebrows, eyelashes.... They can do any type of nail treatment for you, including ones you have never heard of. Jenny has done my nails and she has done a great job. I have received so many compliments. The first time I got tips and the dipped powder nails (Nextgen?) and this time I had the tips removed and the dipped powder nails again. Great attention to detail. read more

I'm updating my review as I have realized it isn't that great of a place. I came here twice after YEARS of not getting my nails done so I thought it was a good place until I tried other nail salons and realized it wasn't actually that good. It's a small place but they try to get so many people in as they come that when you're getting your service& someone else comes in, they'll trade you off to someome else& rush your work just to get someone else in there& get more money. My nails themselves were fine except for the second time I went, my natural nails got a yellow stain for some reason& I always felt rushed to get out of there. You do get seated quickly but everything is so rushed& you're only the priority until someone else comes in. It's cheap and quick go get worked on but I'd rather pay a little more& wait a little loner than get rushed on and traded off to different people. I haven't been back& don't think I will ever again. BEWARE!!! I contracted a "flesh eating" bacterial infection here. All the tests are not in yet, but the Dr. says it looks like some kind of staph infection. I went in for a fill and they said that I should get a new set. The lady was in a big hurry to remove the old ones. I remember her scratching the skin around my nail. Barely bled, but definitely broke the skin. Developed this really nasty infection shortly thereafter. I will lose the nail, hopefully not the end of my finger. Yes, it's that BAD. If you go here, pay very close attention to the cleanliness. They will also get 'tools' out of a drawer, not sterilized. The employees do not even wash their hands between customers. Their work is great, cheap, and fast. It's not worth what I have gone through and am still going through weeks later. read more

My daughter and I got there this morning 30 minutes after they opened, I figured...they have plenty of time to do things right. The girl that was taking my existing nails off, litterally tore the last nail off my finger nail which tore may nail to my skin!! My skin is literally open and bleeding at this point! My whole finger was burning! I asked her, how can this be fixed, how can I get my nails done now? And she responds by saying, $35! HOW DARE SHE???? She did not apologize at all!!! I never expect things free, EVER! I got up out of the chair in disbelief and major disappointment. I can have the worse attitude in the world but will always act like a lady in public, I will never stoop low to get loud or fight... which at this point all I could do was CRY at the salon and wait for my daughters nails to get done because I was not going to ruin her time just because I was having a bad time. Cheap, crowded, fast, okay service, but very rushed! The workers started arguing in front of all the customers! The older lady who waxed my eyebrows gave them a great shape, but didn't tweeze the remaining hairs leftover. Also she waxed the same area multiple times! I went to this nail shop before , the service was great! I brag about how good they were and took my daughter along with me this time. They did a bad job my toes were cut any kind of way , my nails were done poorly . My daughter nails were done horrible and her toes were cut any kind of way. Now I have been coming to this salon for year, I mean years, since 2002 at least. Now what I have learned is 1. They are a small location. They are very small, so therefore majority of days they are crowded. They have limited seating, so if you show up on a Friday or Saturday be prepared to no have a place to sit. I personally believe that they have grown there customer base so much that they need to expand. The old radioshack space next door may be a good idea for them to expand to. 2. They do really great nail work. I completely enjoy the amount of options they provide, from mood changing, Nexgen, Shellac Nails, Acrylic Nails, Ombre Nails, I am appreciative on the variety available for such a small shop. 3. They do have a rush feel to the store. I think because there are so many people there. They are always on the go. And sometimes you just want that person to spend and extra min or two on your massage. However that is not what you get here, majority of days, but it does happen. If you want to safe yourself a headache. I would never go back to this place. It's small crowed and the employees are very rude. I was force to use there service after they threaten to use the person debit card that I was with. After I told them to remove all polish from my toenails. Because they didn't want to take the time to make it look nice. When it was looking sloppy they still wanted me to pay for a service. I told them the only way I would pay is if someone did the work correctly. Also when I tried to leave a employee grabbed my arm so forcefully that the next day it was bruised.
