Last week Wednesday (1/7) I called because we had a mini-split installed (DIY) and I was told that before you turn it on, have an HVAC company come out and test it, check the pressure in the lines and then turn it on. When I called, the nice lady on the phone said that they do not diagnose or work on equipment unless they have done the installation. OK, no problem, I called their "sweet" competitor and they sent out a technician within 48 hours to do the job. 2 stars only because the lady on the phone was nice, although again, I am shocked that a service company will not do service calls

He suggested a different location (directly behind the main breaker) than what I was thinking (next to the subpanel), but after explaining the options to me it made the most sense based on my needs, nestling it nicely between existing conduit and a sprinkler panel. He registered and set up the charger with Tesla, and showed me how to utilize key parts of the app (while we tested the charger and saw it quickly reach the unit's full capacity of 11.5 kW) with some nice recommendations. His prices are very reasonable for the quality of work, and the finished product looks great.

He replaced the unit, updated and set up the app, registered the new Wall Connector with Tesla, and made sure everything was working perfectly before he left. When I called, I was treated very nicely on the phone and was able to schedule an appointment within 48 hours. Diagostic appointments are $89 during the week and $149 on Saturday. Our technician, Wes, was very professional, on time and easy to talk to. He came out and checked the unit (we needed a different fuse) and turned the unit on and got it running. I was very happy with the service from the ladies in the office to Wes our technician. Just a heads up, they have a monthly maintenance plan ($12.95 a month) that they will try and sell you. It includes an annual check of your A/C unit and of your heater. Any additional work or service calls are then 20% off. Just an FYI, if it is a good deal for you, then I would suggest getting it, if not, they will still service you. Thank you Honey's for making our experience a Sweet One!

Also, the issue was never that the bed was "blocking access." There was more than enough room to either move the bed properly, ask if a ladder was available, or simply arrive with the correct equipment in the first place. Using a customer's bed as a tool was completely inappropriate and unprofessional. As for the restroom situation, there is proof of your technician entering and exiting the restroom, and immediately afterward urine was left on the toilet seat and bathroom floor. That mess was not there beforehand. Calling it an "allegation" instead of addressing the concern respectfully is disappointing. I shared my honest experience as a customer. Professionalism is not just about completing a job it's also about respecting someone's home, cleanliness, and basic courtesy while inside it.
