Hector and his company are AMAZING!…read more We lived elsewhere in Arizona and he came from Tucson to help retrieve our items when a dishonest moving company held them hostage. He was honest, arrived on time despite coming from out of town, worked in heat over 105F, drove our incredibly heavy items across country on schedule and rescued our items we fared otherwise gone. He and his staff did three times the lifting and work of the first company and were fair on the pricing, beyond fair considering what we paid the first company, delivering our goods in perfect condition. We are grateful and appreciative of Alvarado Moving Service in Tucson, Arizona and will recommend them to all we know in Arizona and beyond.

One never responded, three called by phone and gave me quotes and Hefty Hauling arranged an appointment to come out, take a look at the pile of debris, talk with me and clarify exactly what I wanted done and gave me a reasonable quote. All four companies gave me the exact same quote. I went with Hefty Hauling. I notified the other three I was going with another company and one offered a $100 discount. I rejected it - the difference is the three spent less than five minutes on the phone and did not take the time to personally interface with me to find out exactly what I needed done. The actual work was done in under an hour and a half. It was quick, professional and they guys were great! 10 out of 10, would highly recommend to be cliche. They took everything I needed gone and now I have the space back.

They offer delivery service and installation for a small fee. You can get them separate which is what I did as I do not have a vehicle that can transport a washer and dryer that I bought from them. They have several options to meet your budget based on what is in stock. The scratch and dent selections were a real value and the mismatched sets were even better. This was new or lightly used appliances. They offer a 30 day warranty as well. I did have a small problem with the washer and called the same day they delivered and they were able to resolve my problems 30 mins later by sending out a person to take care of the issue to my satisfaction. Without hesitation, I have already referred them to my realtor friends. Double Barrel not only talks the talk, but walks the walk. Hay is truly a professional that cares about his customer. I went to several other appliance stores and even Facebook marketplace and nobody could offer what he could offer for the same level of appliance. Yes, you can find an older 15 year unit, but why take a chance that it may break down at any minute when you can get something new or lightly used that will likely not have issues for some time. Definitely peace of mind. Do yourself a favor and go see them before you buy an appliance.

This company was professional and courteous. They arrived on time and worked hard to disassemble and move my furniture. Unlike some moving companies, Hands on Moving did not milk the clock or hit me with any extra fees. They were very easy and straightforward to work with. The movers took care in making sure my belongings not only arrived undamaged but, they also put every box and piece of furniture exactly where I wanted. I do not remember if they said it was included in the pricing however, I am so grateful they went out of their way. It made my transition into my new home go so much quicker. I do want to note, I took off 1 star because the movers did not have on face masks ( review written during COVID19 era) and that made me a little weary. BUT in their defense, it was over 100 degrees outside and they were working so hard I decided to let it slide since I wasn't at risk anyways.
