No complications, no surprises. Also a lot cheaper than other options. They also had the taller version of the 20yd that I find is a lot more useful than the shallow long 20yd at actually fitting all your junk in there. Great experience will be using them again in the future.

Hector and his company are AMAZING!…read more We lived elsewhere in Arizona and he came from Tucson to help retrieve our items when a dishonest moving company held them hostage. He was honest, arrived on time despite coming from out of town, worked in heat over 105F, drove our incredibly heavy items across country on schedule and rescued our items we fared otherwise gone. He and his staff did three times the lifting and work of the first company and were fair on the pricing, beyond fair considering what we paid the first company, delivering our goods in perfect condition. Sonny was very professional and scheduled my pickup, he checked in with me several times before the appointment. They were very efficient in getting things loaded. I am so grateful for his help to get my items hauled away. I plan to use his services again. Prices were fair and service very professional. There are others in Tucson that would rip you off, but this company is reliable and trustworthy. Now days we don't get to say that much. My big mess was embarrassing, but Sonny and crew did not shame me, instead their attitude was very helpful. I cannot begin to say how much this meant to me!

First one…read morewas way overpriced, second one was less but more than I had budgeted and did not have the proper tools. I contacted Sonny and told him my budget (half of the first guys estimate). he said he could do that and very important: he had the right tool which in this case is a skid loader with grappler attachment. (This tool allowed him and his assistant to do a job in about 5 hours what would take a crew of ten guys probably 10 hours.) Sonny was professional and cleared away even small bits and pieces: I wasn't expecting that. When it comes to this kind of work, there are lots of people that will overcharge and/or not do a great job. Affordable Cleanouts, on the other hand, frankly is going to put these other guys out of business!
