Maybe the ownership of the business changed during the time I was away, but now their service is terrible. They advertise same day service but when you ask for it they act like it is an inconvenience. I just picked up a pair of pants that were dry cleaned. They told me that they could not remove several spots. I got home and removed the spots in 10 seconds with Tide to Go. I also noticed that the hem on one of the legs was completely gone. This should have been fixed during the week they had the pants in their possession. Never again!

Holy mackerel, what a miserable, controlling woman we found instead! If you want to be sneered at with every response, feel despised and judged, get your garment altered poorly, (with puckering where it shouldn't be), and then not even get it on time and be blamed for her inefficiencies... then look no further. This seamstress is for you. (Perhaps she has a miserable life, but goodness! It seems she could at least TRY to treat her customers with a little more dignity. She needs a serious attitude adjustment!) However, should you desire a pleasant experience and a job well done, then we highly suggest you find another place to support.
