Wanted a BLT without Ciabatta but no options for a different bread, bummer. I just ordered sans the mayo. Took my ticket and had a seat. The place is pretty sparse. I would think they use the kitchen to cook for their catering business as well. Heard the sizzling of bacon and about ~15 minutes after, I was handed my breakfast. I love that they use recyclable take-away containers. Upon inspection, I was blown away by the thick-cut bacon and crispy tender Ciabatta. I took my first bite and the crunch from the Ciabatta, salty thick bacon, thinly sliced tomato and lettuce, took me to my happy place. Many establishments tout thick-cut, quality bacon and fall short. Not WTC, the bacon was so good. I can just imagine it candied. Yummm. Needless to say, I enjoyed my BLT. I wish I could try it with their French toast and I wish they were open on the weekend, as I'm usually at work during their business hours.

I have to say, my husband and I are VERY pleased and have gone past our one week "trial run" and are now entering our third week. First, I feel like I spend wayyyy more money than this at Whole Foods every week, and only get a few meals out of it. Second, I am a working mom, and by the time I get home after being stuck in traffic, cooking is the last thing I want to do. Dinner is done, and I can spend more time with my daughter when I get home. Third, the food is really, really good. Ingredients are high quality and what I'd make at home if I had the time. Fourth, portions are awesome. We signed up for the deluxe, and I split my meal with my daughter (15 months old) and I am more than full. My husband is always full off of one meal too. Sometimes for lunch we will even split a container in half and be fine (and we get more meals out of it!)

Food taste: In other weeks, I've had to add my own sauces. I always order the deluxe portion for 20% more food because the regular size is too small for me. I cook and add more veggies because most prepared foods don't give me enough. The only thing I needed to add to these last meals were a pinch of salt, but this makes sense because the food is made for all types of people. Delivery: I love the fact that the food is delivered to my doorstep. They deliver on Sundays and seem to be providing service every other week now. There are 4 options available but you can adjust how many servings you want of each meal. Service: No issues and I get a prompt response each time.

It's truly difficult to express how amazing Danny and his staff made our wedding event. As we were working to find a chef for our small wedding reception/garden party, Danny stuck out simply because we liked the pictures of his food, but after we met with him, we knew he was the perfect chef for us. He made us feel comfortable from the start (LGBTQIA+ friendly) and understood our tastes and interests from just a 30 minute intro call. We signed our contract with him several months out from the event, but he always kept in touch to make sure our heads were still in the same place in how we wanted to celebrate our wedding. Moving to the actual event, we hosted ~22 people for a cocktail style garden party. Danny came up with an amazing menu including: - Cheese plate (very high quality cheeses; these leftovers made for spectacular girl dinners) - The popcorn project (very cute apps with a special, Danny-made seasoning I can't stop thinking about) - Guacamole three ways (fabulous) - Black bean mango salsa (so refreshing for an outdoor party) - Pimento cheese dip (if you only have one stationary plate option, you should definitely get this) - Black bean hummus (added to our menu last minute and it did not disappoint) - Gazpacho shots (refreshing and elevated) - Shrimp lollipops (perfect way to start the event) - Scallop ceviche (my wife's favorite dish) - Brisket sliders (my favorite dish) - Mini cupcakes (soooooo cute and the perfect size to allow you to try all of the flavors) - Thin mint drunken milkshakes (a perfect way to cap off the night) For drinks, we had a few signature cocktails, lots of wine, and a few non-alcoholic drinks. Danny has a knack for coming up with differentiated cocktails that still bring together all of the flavors you know and love, just at an elevated level. I highly recommend the Santero (mojito adjacent) and my wife loved his bourbon cocktail. We had a few non-alcoholic drinkers and they loved the blood orange margarita. And beyond the food, Danny's staff was perfect. Jessalyn and Camilla were so warm and welcoming and we couldn't have asked for anyone better. The kitchen was a little tight to begin with, but they made more than do with the resources they had and left the kitchen in better condition than how it started. Danny and his sous chef, Cat, were busy and possibly overwhelmed, but didn't show it at all. The cadence the food was sent out was perfect and we loved that we got to chit chat with the whole staff in between courses. When we first met Danny, we told him that with all of the money in the world, we still would want to have a very small wedding reception with a private chef. Danny's personality, food, staff, etc. etc. made it better than we ever could have anticipated.

The menu is so thoughtfully developed and I always feel Danny's genuine love for his craft and desire for his guests to thoroughly enjoy themselves. I have a few dietary restrictions and consistently feel so included. It's actually fun getting to see how Danny adapts his favorite recipes to accommodate food restrictions! Some of the thoughtful touches I've appreciated: great music playlist, printed menus, the beautiful presentation of each course. He is a fantastic wine and cheese expert and blends high end with affordable because good wine and cheese can be found at any budget if you know what you're looking for. His award winning chili is truly spectacular and I haven't stopped thinking about it since I tried it! Danny truly makes any event, whether large or intimate, feel special.

We used Catering Reserved for our wedding in Oct 2022 and were not pleased with our service…read more We were informed, after the fact, that we had run out of both entree options before our last table had been called to approach the buffet. This left us with a full table, our two event coordinators, the DJ, and catering reserve's wait staff being short 20+ meals. We were only informed of the lack of food after a guest had mentioned it during the wedding and I had to ask the event supervisor directly. I was told that the shortage of food was predicted while food was still being served based and when staff reached out to catering reserved, the staff were informed that nothing was said or done about it and we were not even notified. If we would have known, we would've at least made an attempt to order a few pizzas or something so that our guests and event staff had something to eat after working for multiple hours or consuming alcohol in the case of our guests. Instead, we were left embarrassed that we couldn't feed our loved ones at our wedding and helpless that the opportunity to mitigate the situation was taken from us before we had the chance to. We would really like to know what happened and why this situation was handled the way that it was. Was the buffet supposed to be served/portioned by staff? If not, were staff supposed to say anything to guests or let people know that x amount should be taken per serving? Has this happened at an event before and how was this handled? Was the event understaffed at 10 people? Is there some reason that nobody was informed that this was going to happen until it was too late? We reached out to our contact at catering reserved directly after the wedding and one of the owners assured my wife that they would make things right however we have been ignored ever since. Aside from the shortage and communication from catering reserved, I would like to say that the linens and china were exemplary, the staff was very courteous and professional and the food that some of our guests received was held in high regard.

Once the lockdown happened, every venue was understanding and gave back a full reimbursement except for this company! After two months, I finally heard from them, and the board was completely dismissive and not understanding. I think Covid is a force majeure, and they did not even honor that even when it was written in the contract. Read every fine print in the contract, and even then, be wary as they probably won't keep their word.
