Well the train brakes had delayed the arrival. Scott from Desert Cab waited nearly 2 hours and his commitment did not waver. He waited and picked me up. I couldn't be more thankful for this great humanitarian. Seriously couldn't find a better person that kept his word. I totally recommend this Cab company and especially Scott. He pretty much saved my life. I'll never forget his gracious attitude in the worst conditions. I can't say enough about Scott Pomer. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts. I have waited over three hours now for a ride and to no avail was spoken to very rudely by whoever answered the phone questioning if I had the right company when I called back to ask where the ride was after two hours, do you wanna call see my call log on my phone? That was at 7:30. It's 841 now in the evening. Don't call this company unless you are in Dire Straits and even then they should still be the last company you called because you don't mean anything to them as a customer. They say word-of-mouth is the best advertisement they're going to get real real bad advertisement here they are a real real bad company.

They were super nice and polite, professional and carried great conversation. I loved the fact that the driver did not use the phone at all during driving. I got to my destination promptly and safely. I'd say 5 stars to this company. Best shuttle company in lake Havasu City hands down. I paid $10 for my fare, then I tipped the guy a additional $20 which he did not want to take but I told him he earned it. I will only use Amore shuttle for my rides from now on.

I even came out of the super market and was about to call them back when he pulled up to see if I was finished. He helped bring my groceries in to my place too. Sure the other place I reviewed got me to where I was going but the drivers here seem more friendly, positive, and even willing to give tips when you ask them about the area. Their rates are reasonable and the friendly and positive experience has cemented my decision to making this the cab company of my choice!!! A+++++

He made sure that I got everything done and he helped me with everything I needed help with since I have disabilities. I have never had any problems with yellow lightning cab drivers. I have had amazing drivers and reasonable prices every time. These was only one time I ever had a…read morebad driver who was rude and overcharged me, and when that happened I called the company and they took care of it. To me they've showed that they really care about their customers, a lot of customer service just pretends to care about complaints and then forgets about it, but that didn't happen here.
