The only time you get a phone…read morecall is when you are waiting outside and 1/2 an hour before your departure time then they inform you that they are overbooked. They don't check online reservations and when they tell you that they are overbooked, what it really means is that they dont have enough customers to make it worth their while and leave you standing out in the heat or cold. Not wanting to miss my flight I had to hitchhike and a sympathetic motorist took me all the way to McCarran airport and once there I had to run like hell. These incompetent imbeciles need to be sanctioned and lose their business license. A third world operation at it's worst. It doesn't pay to be black!!!
