i've seen this airport for years already and finally decided to try it. it's an air park so there's…read morenot a lot going on there ( i like that). it's easy to get in and out.. the runway is a little rugged but it's nothing to worry about. the paved ramp area is a little cramped but they have additional parking on the dirt. the people at sheble aviation were very nice and let me use the airport car for free. i'm not sure if they have rental cars. as of october 2010 the fuel is $4.60. landmark at kifp is $4.95. not a bad alternative to bullhead. (no offense to my friends at landmark)!!

Finally found someone who knew of an employee that took the bus & he radio him & said it would come about 10-15mins after the hour. We went out on the bus stop located outside the Tropicana hotel & caught the bus up to the Old Town bar. We were told by a girl waiting for the bus & confirmed with the bus driver that it would be back up in 30mins. So we knew we had 30mins @ the bar. Driver said hi back to me when I said hello to him! Bus was FREE on NYE & the bus was clean. Was glad we had the bus available to get us to the top of the hill safely & back down. Wish they had the bus schedule posted at the bus stops.

It's an extension/partner of the Vegas RTC, so bus passes work anywhere in Clark County (Mesquite too). Same prices as Vegas but they don't offer the $3 for a two hour pass out here for some reason. Laughlin has two buses that circle through anywhere this side of the river you would want to go. The 777 runs 24/7 even on holidays once per hour. The 888 also runs once per hour every day, but only from like 5 am to midnight. They alternate during the day so that one hits the casino stops about once every half hour. They mostly go to the same places but take a slightly different order in getting there. Both travel the casino corridor from Harrahs to Riverside, the routes only differ past Harrahs where they veer in different directions into the residential area of Laughlin before circling back around to Casino Drive.

They follow a schedule (which is good) but the times I was there, they were not running the tours that I want. (not their fault). 3. They have a 4 person minimum on any activity. (I was the second one to sign up and I was the last as well). They have a friendly staff but it is disheartening to be placed with an old crowd where the market is close to none.

First you start out by going to Bullhead Airport and then you take a plane that fits about 9 people. You have to board according body weigh so the pilot tells you who boards first and last. Then he takes you all over the Grand Canyon and has headphones to tell you all about it. Then fly's over the Hoover Dam and also you get to listen to a recording about the Dam. He then lands in Boulder City NV and the tour guide then drives you all to Hoover Dam for the plant tour. The tour was very interesting and not boring. They drive over to a point of interest Lake Mead. Then the drive back to the hotel. I really had a great time. I think everyone should go on this trip to experience it.

Wil had great energy from the start and was super knowledgeable about the area and kept great conversation. The vehicle was clean and comfortable with water available when needed. Our first stop was Hive Five Meadery. Everything we tasted was delicious. They offer mead, wine and cider. Most of the options were available for purchase at a reasonable price. Stop number two was Desert Diamond Distillery. We were able to have a tour of the facility and learn how the spirits are made then took a peek at the barrels. I am tempted to buy my own little barrel and come back when the little baby is ready to sip. :) We also tasted some vinegar and oils. The distillery gave us little shot glasses as a souvenir and wrapped everything in bubble wrap to keep it all safe for our flight! Our package included lunch. The lunch was at the Siren's Cafe situated right next to the Black Bridge Brewery. We all got sandwiches and the lemon pasta salad. It was all so yummy and filling. Black Bridge Brewery was our final stop. They have a great selection of beer and we got the flight of six so we could sample the variety of offerings. I am a postcard sender as well as really enjoy plants. Wil called a place that he normally goes to for other tours and they had both! Wil went above and beyond to make our day out special and fun! I hope to be able to return and will definitely call Laughlin Tours to book another excursion, maybe even the same one!

That is a shame because they offer first class tours of tourist attractions close to the gambling resort of Laughlin, Nevada. Tours are offered to the Grand Canyon, Old West Town of Oatman, AZ (via Route 66), and other local attractions. The Grand Canyon tours include options for: 1) Skywalk owned by the Hualapai Indian nation; 2) Grand Canyon Railroad; 3) and more, depending on time of year. We were picked on a Sunday morning by a tour guide by the name of Will who also drove the tour van. There were four of us signed up for the tour - me, my wife, and a couple from South Carolina. Will gave us an informative tour even telling us about local wildlife and plants. He stayed with us every part of the tour and even gave us tips for good vantage points along viewing areas of the Grand Canyon. He took us to the Grand Canyon West Ranch for lunch were we received simple good food and entertainment from a singing cowboy. The meal was included in the tour price. The visit to the ranch for our meal helped us discover a new place - a ranch with small cabins for rent and even tents (with wooden floors). Supposed to be a nice place for children who they keep busy and entertained around the ranch, including with the horses. Give Laughlin Tours a try. You will have an enjoyable time!
