You've got clean bathrooms (a luxury), snacks that are necessary, enough caffeine to wake the dead, random magnets and keychains you didn't know you needed, and fuel for your trusted steed. We were properly welcomed by Dino the Dinosaur out front, who stands there like, "Yes. You have arrived." This TA was extra special!! Fresh-ground Colombian coffee and the absolute legend herself, Miss Patti. She expertly guided us to cups of coffee strong enough to keep our drivers eyes open all the way to the next destination. Miss Patti was incredibly sweet, welcoming, and the human embodiment of good vibes!! Such great hospitality!!! Thank you!! We left fully caffeinated, well cared for, and energized. About 20 minutes later, the driver arrived after completing another ride, picked up additional passengers, then yelled at me and repeated that I was lying before speeding off. Bad Weather caused many delays in Charlotte and my plane into las Vegas was 3 hours late landing at 9:30pm- Commuter services is supposed to leave the airport at 9:30pm, so I knew I had missed the shuttle & had to find a hotel in Vegas for the night. I called to let Commuter Services know why I'd missed their shuttle. When Alan found out I was at the airport, he wouldn't leave without me. He met me at baggage claim to help me exit the airport after claiming my bag. We ended up driving away just after 10pm. What great service - I couldn't believe they waited for me- and a big thanks to the other patient shuttle passengers. Great ending to a very long day! Thank-you!
