Thank you to Robert for helping put together an absolutely divine vacation! Having never been to Aruba we had some questions and Robert was patient and knowledgeable. Our travel plans went very smoothly, our airport transfers were easy peasy and the tour we booked was simple to confirm and enjoy as planned. I would 100% recommend Fanda Travel and advise to allow someone to take some of the pressure off of the details. I am sure we will be calling again! read more

Robert Bridel was our primary contact for arranging and booking our 2025 river cruise tour on the Danube River from Budapest to Vilshofen (in Germany). This included the pre-cruise and post-cruise land packages and round-trip air transportation. In a nutshell, Robert was incredible and professional on every front -- simply fabulous to work with. For starters, I appreciated his attention to detail, his diligence, and his behind-the-scenes coordination. In aggregate, these traits highlighted his exemplary work ethic and broad expertise in the realm of leisure travel. His conscientiousness was also very commendable, I might add. He was always available to present us with workable options and advise us on a variety of matters, as needed, which we very much appreciated. I was also impressed by his ability to coordinate our needs with AmaWaterways. All in all, the entire cruise was fantastic. In summary, Robert can be a very valuable asset in the realm of planning and coordinating such cruises. Very impressive, Robert. Thank you for the wonderful job, we wish you continued success in all your endeavors, and we're glad we found you on Yelp." --- Ramesh & Patricia Ramchandani. read more

Robert, it took you long enough to answer and you reaction was as if I made it all up! How you treated me on the phone was abominable as you made it crystal clear you would NOT be helping me so you got caught with your pants down and made it sound as though my response was not a legitimate one! You and I both know the truth and no matter how much you spin the truth, does NOT make it so! read more

Robert is absolutely the best travel agent I have ever worked with. His attention to detail is amazing and his enthusiasm for his work and for making your trip AMAZING is so apparent. We have used Robert twice (once pre-COVID) and we also booked a trip a year ago to go to Sandals Ochi in Jamaica last week, it was INCREDIBLE. Everything Robert said would take place did and the room was exactly what we wanted. I highly recommend using Robert for any trips you are planning. He will make sure you get the best price, the best service and that everything is exactly as you want it. All you have to do is show up and have a fantastic time. read more

Robert helped me coordinate my honeymoon travels in Dec of 2018. I told him where we planned on going and for how long, he compiled a travel package with our flight, hotel, vouchers for additional travel (shuttles, ferries, etc.) and vouchers for activities (4x4 tour, jet skis, etc.) he was very good at explaining the details from start to finish. We went to Moorea in Tahiti from Las Vegas. We had a blast and could not thank him enough. read more

When the vendor of a planned trip was slow to communicate, Robert was able to step in, crack the whip, and move the process along. Grateful and blessed for Robert with Fanda travel. Definitely recommend him in helping with all travel plans. He's in this 100% made me feel comfortable and took all the worries so it gave me more time to focus what this is a vacation. He helped take the stress and manage my sanity in helping plan the best memorable Birthday trip I will definitely remember for the rest of my life. My first time to South Beach Miami Florida. All I can say is Wow! This hidden lil piece of paradise is worth it. Robert took care of the moment I walked off to the best beach front hotel till the moment I flew back home. I loved my seaplane flight from Miami with Lunch in the Florida Keys and parasailing, jet skiing, paddleboarding, enjoying historical sites, museums, parks, dancing salsa, restaurants, art, or just hanging out relaxing in the beach everyday with warm clean waters and white sand. The chill relaxed environment was so needed and made this a yearly birthday tradition. read more

Robert did a great job planning our trip. We told him what we were looking for and our budget and he met all of the qualifications along with staying at our budget. We went to an all inclusive in Playa del Carmen and he had even arranged for shuttle service from and to the airport once we landed. Because Robert is such an avid traveler himself, he can recommend things based on his personal experience and not just what the promotions are saying which makes him far more trustworthy. This is the second time he has booked a trip for us and I have nothing but good things to say about our experiences. read more

Where to begin with this review. After enjoying my trip and simmering down I have decided to inform others. This was my first time using a travel agent. After speaking with Robert for the first time I felt confident that he was well traveled and seasoned in the planning department. Two weeks later he called to inform me he forgot everything we discussed, was embarrassed and assured me he would "throw" something in for the inconvenience. (Never happened.) 7 months before we were to depart I made sure Robert had the spelling for all passengers and informed him of a couple special requests: wheelchair access for my grandmother and not many tours. I started making payments. At this time I corrected him on incorrect spelling of my grandmothers name. Finally last payment due just under 3 months of departure. I tell him when to pull the funds from account. Was very specific because we are also doing some home renovations. Of course he pulls the day my home renovation is to come out. Unauthorized! Next I meet with him a couple weeks to departure. I find out I am scheduled and paid for more tours then I wanted. 1 of which is 11.5 hours!!! (No we did not finish it. Way too long) and saw he spelled my grandmas name wrong AGAIN! This time the first name. A week before we leave he calls me a few times while I am at work. Messages me. I can't respond. Nor could I reach him when I got off. Monday morning I call and he immediately interrupts me to say that I need to pay almost $1800.00 to fix his misspell! Absolutely not. I called around to see my options. The airlines tell me no problem we will fix it. When I told Robert he said he would need written confirmation. I call the airlines back just to find out he cancelled my grandmothers flight without my consent! After all was said and done. I had to pay 1/3 (over $600) because he forgot the E at the end of her name. But without paying. She wouldn't be able to go. And this was a Christmas gift to her and my grandpa. So they could see her native land Norway. When we arrived to the Airport at 3am, it took over an hour for the check in to find our tickets. No wheelchair assistance. It was a nightmare. My grandma has MS. She cannot walk distance and needed assistance on the plane. Well she had to sit alone. And at each airport we had to request help. During the trip we had issues with confirming drivers. He misinformed us about seeing the House of Anne Frank. (So we never got to go) Luckily we were in great company and got the pleasure to enjoy the trip of a life time. Despite Roberts lack of detail and poor communication. It's hard to take reviews to heart because everyone can have a bad day. But I HIGHLY recommend finding another agent. I don't know if he is too busy or what but I felt that he could talk sweet and when it came to delivery he fell sorely short. He disregarded what my requests were. I shouldn't have to repeat the timeline and destinations as many times as I had to. And if you can't properly take notes or read the proper spelling, then request copies of photo ids. In the end. I spent more then I anticipated. And with how much it was we sholdn't have had the hiccups we did. Your better off hopping on Pinterest and planning your dream trip yourself. read more

I truly enjoyed working with Robert on booking a quick getaway with my wife to Carlsbad California. I am incredibly busy with my work and unfortunately I do not have a lot of time to research hotels and travel arrangements. Like anyone else I am always interested in a good deal. I called Robert and asked if he could look into a nice resort in Carlsbad CA. We fell in love with its beaches and quaint community when we lived there in the early 80's. Carlsbad is such a beautiful beach city without the rush of San Diego. I really appreciated Robert finding a newer hotel/resort for our stay. The Hilton Cape Rey was incredible from the amenities to the staff. Robert was able to secure us a great rate for our stay and was great at sending confirmation on all details. All that was left for us to do was enjoy our trip. Thank you Robert for helping us with our family getaway!! read more

I had an amazing trip to Australia thanks to Robert at Fanda Travel. My husband and I decided to take an international trip for our 25 wedding anniversary.
