I would recommend calling first and asking what the requirements are for applying for a visa. You don't want to go back and forth especially if you drive too far. All I brought with me was my old passport as well as a copy of my birth certificate (in case they needed it), and a check. I filled out the paperwork there which took about 5 minutes and then got my photo taken. He provided me with a piece of paper that would allow me to track the status of my new passport. It said it would take about 4-6 weeks, but it was actually much quicker than that as I got my passport in 3 weeks! Highly recommend UNLV passport services if you don't want to wait.

The female who was to help me, appeared to be a bit confused. She called over a male staff, he was condescending and stated "these forms are self explanatory". He appeared a little confused as to what name was needed for the passport, after I had already explained 2 to 3 times (female and then male). I do not believe they wanted to help me, the male spoke downtown me, and the rest of the employees were watching;it was embarrassing and made me feel utterly uncomfortable. He took copies of my original documents and stated that they never lose the documents. Ge couldn't explain why he made copies, only it was protocol. The rest was miscommunication. He failed to listen to me and became defensive. I've worked in retail, nonprofit and for the state, this would not ever happened/or been allowed to happen in those conditions. From the start when he asked me to put a line through a box, it was not good enough, and I was forced to ask him how he wanted it. I felt like I was being discriminated against. He did not clarify anything he said, so I didn't know what he meant. There were no answers to any of my questions; as a person who has gone through identity theft and fraud, yes I needed help, none was offered; only "self explanatory". I believe I was discriminated against due to my race

Although our parties we separate, we wanted to do some activities together. Being that it was our first time in Vegas, we had no clue what to do or what to expect. We worked with Rodric at Vegas Luxury VIP. Our communication with Rodric was via email, text and phone. He was very accessible and could answer any questions we had. Rodric provided a list of great shows, restaurants, etc. to choose from. Many of the restaurants and shows provided discounts. He also made reservations at the restaurants we selected. Rodric also provided 2 for 1 drink tickets to some great bars. According to Rodric, "there's no reason to pay full price for a drink in Vegas." He also provided a list of best nightclubs and secured VIP table service to the nightclub I selected. Rodric was also able to put us on the guest list of the hottest Vegas nightclubs. Rodric is very friendly and professional. We met with him at a hotel bar for a meet and greet the day we arrived. Upon our arrival, there were complimentary drinks and when those drinks were done, he provided another complimentary round. Rodric has a vast knowledge of the Vegas strip and can help you coordinate any occasion you're celebrating in Vegas.
