He didn't just take us through the canyon -- he took the time to explain the history and geology, point out interesting details, and make sure we understood what we were seeing. What impressed us most was how attentive Jon was throughout the entire tour. He knew exactly where to stop for the best views and photos and even helped us get some amazing pictures. He made us feel comfortable and never rushed us. You can tell Jon really enjoys what he does. His enthusiasm and personality made the tour feel less like a standard excursion and more like we were exploring Antelope Canyon with someone who truly wanted us to have a memorable experience. Friendly, knowledgeable, upbeat, and thorough. He respected all of his passengers and made our adventure fun. He ensured we had plenty of stops, snacks and drinks!!! False advertising and not worth the money…read more The tour guides themselves were fun, energetic, and honestly the best part of the experience. Unfortunately, everything else was extremely disappointing. First off, the meetup location was on Fremont Street, not the Las Vegas Strip as advertised. The "party bus experience" was also misleading -- we only got on the bus one time for less than a 15-minute ride. After that, we had to walk to every venue ourselves. Another major issue was that we still had to wait in lines at several places. It honestly felt like the venues had no idea our group was even coming. The event description also mentioned icebreaker games and a more interactive party atmosphere, but none of that happened. The first bar actually had a good vibe. Drinks were included, but only vodka mixed drinks with juice. Every other drink had to be purchased separately. The second venue was decent and offered BOGO drinks, which was nice. The third bar was absolutely terrible. Service was slow and inattentive, the drinks tasted extremely watered down, there was barely any music playing, and the atmosphere was awkward. Our group basically just sat there waiting to leave. After that, we walked to the "fancy club," where we were immediately told to stay super quiet like we were children. It completely killed the mood. We ended the night at XS, which was probably the best venue overall, but the only thing included there was admission. To make matters worse, we couldn't even access the main inside area of the club and missed the main attraction entirely. Overall, this experience was very disorganized, misleading, and not at all what was advertised. I would not recommend booking with this company.

One of the employees (more than once before the wedding) instructed us that we were not allowed to take pictures or record because the couple "chose not to pay for the media package!" This was announced to all in attendance and I felt that it was very unprofessional. I believe that the attendees could have been asked to refrain from photos and recording because the chapel was both recording and photographing the event. We did NOT need to be repeatedly told that the couple chose not to pay for the media package. Comments that in my opinion were meant to shame the couple for not spending more money. Do better!

By no means am I a Vegas newbie...I always get a table whenever we go to Day Club or Night club with bottle service. However, no matter who I book these tables with, I always inevitably have to wait in a line, struggle to get in contact with the "hookup" who's supposed to be helping me out, and wonder why I'm paying so much money for a table. Let me describe my personal experience. Event #1 - Friday afternoon; Encore Beach Club Arrived straight from the airport after checking in. My host, Stephen, for the event messaged me promptly at 9:00 a.m to explain all the details, what time I should try to arrive by, and where to meet him. As soon as we arrived to Encore Beach, I messaged him and had no difficulty meeting him. There was already a line down the stairs and people chomping at the bit to get in. He walked us past all of them straight to the front of the VIP entry line. We were at our Lily Pad within 10 minutes of arriving. BTW, they were able to secure the lily pad right in front of the DJ booth. Awesome time, zero hassle. Event #2 - Friday night; XS Same thing as above. VIP host messaged me a few hours before. Had zero trouble finding her, and she walked us right in. Literally...at our table within 10 minutes AGAIN! Fernanda made sure we had a good time, smoothed out any problems with our drink orders, and really made us feel like we were VIPs for the night. Definitely my favorite host of the trip. Event #3 - Sat Afternoon; Wet Republic Same routine. Met the VIP host and started to walk in. The bouncer was being a bit of a dick and said that the table we had reserved was a prime location and only allowed for groups of hot girls. He wouldn't let us walk past the line. Our host Hali told me to wait for 1 minute, walked past the line straight to the head manager, came back and told the host to let us in b/c she just cleared access to that table for us. You could tell the bouncer was pissed about letting us have that table, but Hali was able to work it out no problem for us. Again, was it a cheap table? Of course not...but I know we got our money's worth just from Hali's service. Event #4 - Omnia Omnia is the busiest I have ever seen any Vegas club. Joe got us in again....SO QUICKLY!!! I don't know how these guys do it....we have lines wrapping around the building, inside and outside...and we get walked in ahead within minutes to our table! What can I say....each event played out the same way. Don't expect to get in for free...tables and bottles aren't cheap. But I can guarantee you that these people deliver an exceptional service and you get what you pay for. A host will always contact you a few hours before the event, and I had zero issues getting a hold of them. We were always at our table within minutes of arriving, and the most amazing part of it is walking past the huge crowds and other people in line waiting for a table. People were asking us if we were celebrities b/c we had such easy access. I had 3 people ask me to plan their bdays/bachelor party for the next vegas trip b/c of the fun they had this time. I wish I could take the credit for it, but I really have to applaud the hosts at this company for taking such great care of us.
