Very rude and unprofessional, I called twice and got hung up on i asked how long would the cab be?He said time us and hung up.

Have used Lucky Cab many times, always polite and friendly! Seems like a better deal than Uber, Uber and longer wait too! read more

Family that leases these cabs & they are always on it and prompt. Dont waste your time with other cab companies, lucky cab will get you there and back without long waits. Thanks you guys. See you soon. read more

LUCKY CAB to the rescue to get us to the airport after Lyft failed to arrive! Our driver JOY was friendly and helpful as we loaded our suitcases and assisted my mom from her wheelchair to the car. My father had been especially worried about missing our flight. We enjoyed our pleasant drive with Joy as the stress of the Lyft no-show faded away. Joy further showed her character when the trip was complete and she was about to drive off to her next fare. She got out of the cab, came back to my dad on the sidewalk saying, "I don't think you meant to give me this" as she handed him a hundred dollar bill. WOW! Indeed, it had been stuck to another bill; he'd not even realized he had that big bill in his wallet. WHAT INTEGRITY! We highly recommend Lucky Cab for their smooth service and friendly, honest driver. JOY brought us joy! read more

Responded very quickly when we called for a pick up. We needed to go from Topicana to Riverside and didn't want to walk in the heat. The cost was the same as the water taxi with tip and more comfortable and professional. The car was clean, the driver very friendly, he even gave us tips for things to do and see, and how to get around. I would highly recommend this service, especially to and from Tropicana which is not on the water. read more

Called for a pick up. Went straight to voicemail. Pulling them up in the internet it says they're open 24 hrs. Here we are in Laughlin NV, stuck without a ride. We even talked to our driver about coming to get us later. He said nothing about closing early read more

I had Michael as a cab driver, he was energetic, fun to talk to and great all around. I recommend them

Always friendly! Used this service from Laughlin to bullhead. Quick response. Reasonable prices. So grateful for this service. Saved us time and time again. No reason to drive drunk.. save money and lives read more

First day in Bullhead we took Lucky Cab from Harrah's in Laughlin to Enterprise Rent a Car in Bullhead, and it was a great trip. Arthur could not have been any nicer and it made me want to do business again for the return of the rental car (I give HIM 5+ stars)! That being said, on Friday May 31, 2024 at 2:58 pm at the Circle K at 1062 Hwy 95 I stopped to fill up our rental car for gas. I was to return the car at 6 pm and I just wanted to know if I could call ahead and have a cab ready to pick me up (it was 115 degrees, and no shade at Enterprise and they closed at 5) or if I had to wait and call once i was there (I am NOT familiar with taxis as i am from rural TN). Well I saw a Lucky Cab at a gas pump and since we had had good experience, I approached the tall young man and all I said was "Excuse me sir, I just have a quick question" (which I already stated the easy question, call now or wait). You all, I have never heard nor HAD so many F* bombs hurled at me in my life. He told me (and I have 3 witnesses who were appalled and listening to what was said) "I don't have time for your F*king easy question. I have had a long f*king shift, and I don't have time for your F*king question so f*king leave me the fk alone!" I thought he was joking. I said "really, all I.." he cut me off and SCREAMED "GET THE FK AWAY FROM ME NOW! I TOLD YOU I DON'T Fking have time for your fking question! GET THE FK AWAY NOW!" I walked away as there was nothing more to be said undoubtedly. All 3 women in my vehicle were speechless. I was totally embarrassed and humiliated. And when they asked me if they heard what they heard, I told them yes. It was car number 2678, so if you happen to get this guy, BEWARE! He is dangerous! I did try calling to the cab service several times, the first time I was told dispatch would call me back, they never did.I called to report it on May 31 at 6:43 pm. I also called June 2 at 7:56 PM EST and then June 4 at 12:41 PM EST. I finally gave up on a "return call"... read more

The driver arrived early! Extremely friendly, punctual and professional! Danielle is highly recommended! The two hour ride turned out be be enjoyable. read more

So I called and waited by the valet no one came I called back and got yelled at saying I wasn't by the valet and I should call desert cab. She sounded very old and crank and largely over weight. Lucky cab ended up still picking me up and the driver was great the lady who answers the phone is clearly going thru a divorce and is unhappy I still forgive her so 4 stars it is read more

Yeah uh, don't try to pre-schedule a taxi out of here . Won't happen. Just call 15-20 minutes before you need to leave.

They were really expensive just to go two miles down the road. Then we are supposed to tip on top of the price? Too much!

I called these guys during rush hour and were quick to come to the Aquarius. Prices were good, cars were clean and they accepted card payments. This is a good taxi to call when it is last minute and are in a rush. read more

This is a Very Good and Reliable Company at a Fair Price.

1st class operation! My girlfriend and I made multiple timed pickups, and our driver Mike, was there on time for every one of them. Very friendly, clean, and the best cab service we can remember having in years. Thanks Mike again for being a bright spot on a tough trip for us. read more

I high recommend Mike he's is the most nice help person who went almost 2hrs to pick me and my family who break down in the middle of no where was there over 8 and he was will to drive and pick us up So if anyone needs a ride I recommend Mike can't thank him enough read more

Waited close to an hour and they never came. Decided to start walking and saw an empty cab sitting in the parking lot down the street. Use another company, this one is not worthy of the business. read more

I was nervous about going with Lucky Cab because of other reviews here. Turns out I had nothing to worry about (at least with the driver I got). I don't know what happened with the other reviewers, but my trip was fantastic. Dave was friendly, fun, communicative and professional. He got here within minutes and the entire round trip was fast and painless. I will only use Lucky Cab in the future and highly recommend it to everyone else! read more

Wish you could leave no star's waited forever got over charged cab smelled like curry enough said take an Lyft

Great cab drivers both days. Dave and Neale were both very sweet and had great jokes. Impressed with the conversation.

We took this can last night from our house in Laughlin to the Edgewater Hotel. Steve was out driver, he was super nice and funny!

The cab was clean and newer model which is nice. The drivers were polite and timely. My only complaint is the price! It is much new expensive than other cab services I've used in the Bullhead/Laughlin area. If money is no object then it's perfect. read more

Dawn was a very kind and generous cab driver and will definitely use her again in Laughlin.

Great friendly service. Dawn was awesome. Definitely will be using her again. There's only two cab services in Laughlin this is by far the best. Car was clean air conditioning was on very comfortable ride. Not a rip off they were upfront about the cost. read more

Our boat broke down at Big Bend. I called Lucky Cab and he was there in 5 minutes! Friendly ,courteous driver took my husband to pick up our trailer! Thank you for the fast service! read more

Tried it a second time hoping our experience was just random... But lo and behold! The driver was just as crappy. I was trying to pick up at a casino and the driver was so rude we slammed the door and called Desert Cab which is apparently the only reliable cab company in Laughlin... Even the valet guys agreed! read more

Taxi picked us up at the Edgewater, we only wanted to go to the Tropicana. It was so hot that we really didn't want to walk. We had been to the Merl Haggard show and had bought a t shirt. Well we left it in the cab. When I called in the morning they had it and said they would send it out. When I got to valet the taxi was there with my t shirt. Driver didn't even seem to expect a tip. Great job. read more

George is amazing! Also loved riding with billy, dawn and Jessica. George...candycane!!! Hahaha #insidejoke
