LUCKY CAB to the rescue to get us to the airport after Lyft failed to arrive! Our driver JOY was friendly and helpful as we loaded our suitcases and assisted my mom from her wheelchair to the car. My father had been especially worried about missing our flight. We enjoyed our pleasant drive with Joy as the stress of the Lyft no-show faded away. Joy further showed her character when the trip was complete and she was about to drive off to her next fare. She got out of the cab, came back to my dad on the sidewalk saying, "I don't think you meant to give me this" as she handed him a hundred dollar bill. WOW! Indeed, it had been stuck to another bill; he'd not even realized he had that big bill in his wallet. WHAT INTEGRITY! Responded very quickly when we called for a pick up. We needed to go from Topicana to Riverside and didn't want to walk in the heat. The cost was the same as the water taxi with tip and more comfortable and professional. The car was clean, the driver very friendly, he even gave us tips for things to do and see, and how to get around. First day in Bullhead we took Lucky Cab from Harrah's in Laughlin to Enterprise Rent a Car in Bullhead, and it was a great trip. Arthur could not have been any nicer and it made me want to do business again for the return of the rental car (I give HIM 5+ stars)! That being said, on Friday May 31, 2024 at 2:58 pm at the Circle K at 1062 Hwy 95 I stopped to fill up our rental car for gas. I was to return the car at 6 pm and I just wanted to know if I could call ahead and have a cab ready to pick me up (it was 115 degrees, and no shade at Enterprise and they closed at 5) or if I had to wait and call once i was there (I am NOT familiar with taxis as i am from rural TN). Well I saw a Lucky Cab at a gas pump and since we had had good experience, I approached the tall young man and all I said was "Excuse me sir, I just have a quick question" (which I already stated the easy question, call now or wait). You all, I have never heard nor HAD so many F* bombs hurled at me in my life. He told me (and I have 3 witnesses who were appalled and listening to what was said) "I don't have time for your F*king easy question. I have had a long f*king shift, and I don't have time for your F*king question so f*king leave me the fk alone!" I thought he was joking. I said "really, all I.." he cut me off and SCREAMED "GET THE FK AWAY FROM ME NOW! I TOLD YOU I DON'T Fking have time for your fking question! GET THE FK AWAY NOW!" I walked away as there was nothing more to be said undoubtedly. All 3 women in my vehicle were speechless. I was totally embarrassed and humiliated. And when they asked me if they heard what they heard, I told them yes. It was car number 2678, so if you happen to get this guy, BEWARE! He is dangerous! So I called and waited by the valet no one came I called back and got yelled at saying I wasn't by the valet and I should call desert cab. She sounded very old and crank and largely over weight. I was nervous about going with Lucky Cab because of other reviews here. Turns out I had nothing to worry about (at least with the driver I got). I don't know what happened with the other reviewers, but my trip was fantastic. Dave was friendly, fun, communicative and professional. The cab was clean and newer model which is nice. The drivers were polite and timely. My only complaint is the price! It is much new expensive than other cab services I've used in the Bullhead/Laughlin area. If money is no object then it's perfect. read more

Tried it a second time hoping our experience was just random... But lo and behold! The driver was just as crappy. I was trying to pick up at a casino and the driver was so rude we slammed the door and called Desert Cab which is apparently the only reliable cab company in Laughlin... Taxi picked us up at the Edgewater, we only wanted to go to the Tropicana. It was so hot that we really didn't want to walk. We had been to the Merl Haggard show and had bought a t shirt. Well we left it in the cab. When I called in the morning they had it and said they would send it out. When I got to valet the taxi was there with my t shirt. Driver didn't even seem to expect a tip.
