Was there for an anniversary meal. I had the winter impression 4 course menu with a terrific topinambur soup, a very chewy rabbit, a tasty the reindeer ragout and a good baked apple with cinnamon ice cream. Then u had to order the caramel salt ice cream but as it is one of my favorites, unfortunately it didn't come up to standards.
My girlfriend had a nice corn soup but the flat iron steak was so raw that she couldn't eat it. The earl grey ice cream she had for pudding was still good though.
The service was good as we arrived at 7pm but the waiter had a rather weird humor...
All in all an ok dinner for two. The next time we'll try the Michelin star restaurant in the top of the hotel. read more
