Apparently this location is under new ownership. We booked more than a month out and had someone call and text to confirm 2 or 3 times only to have them cancel the day before our move. We ended up having a very challenging move as a result and had to scramble for movers and pay double. If you want to have a reliable moving company I would look elsewhere. As an update the owner canceled his $200 consolation payment due to this bad review. We were out more than $1500 due to the company and their late cancellation.

They were able to confirm and schedule an appointment for first thing in the morning the next day and gave us an approximate rate quote. We were just glad that they could confirm such a quick appointment. The morning of the appointment, they communicated prior to arriving and arrived on time. The two gentlemen were very pleasant and thorough in telling us all of the information we needed to know and confirming the cost. They were also very fast and efficient at hauling all of the items away. I love that they said most of the items were going to be donated, if possible. And it was only thrown away as a last resort. Fantastic service, great work, and super fast turnaround with great communication the entire time. I'd highly recommend this College Hunks location and would certainly turn to this company again for any hauling and moving needs in the future.
