At a time when good customer service seems to be the exception rather than norm, Rich D'Aulerio has shown that he is exceptional. Rich did all the electrical work when we completely renovated our basement. We've also used him to do the electrical work on our upstairs bathroom and to install a ceiling fan and new lights in the dining room. He always came when he said he would and if we couldn't reach him immediately, he called back soon after. Besides doing quality work, what really impressed us about Rich was that he kept his promise. Last week, in the middle of the heat wave, I asked him for recommendations for an HVAC technician because our AC compressor did not have enough amperage, according to the first HVAC technician we called. That technician told us we would have to replace the whole compressor, which would have cost us $2000. I told Rich about it after he finished working on the bathroom. He told me he would take a look at it the next day. Since I didn't have time to buy the ceiling fan and light for him to install the next day, I called him in the morning and told him not to waste his time coming. He came anyway just to check the compressor and cleaned up the contacts. Now, our AC is working fine and Rich has gained a loyal customer. You can always look around, but it would be hard to find someone who provides better service. read more
