I was given the clasp back because they said it was valuable. They then asked if they could keep it to get the proper replacement. They called me with a price of $70. I picked it up and paid, but when i returned home the original gold clasp was not there. I called and they said they kept the orininal piece as a part of the payment. Is this a common practice? It was a good size piece of gold and the replacement was $70 for the exact same thing. Not Happy about this outcome. Don't know what to do next.

Brought my wedding set to them after getting it back from another jeweler who left my prongs filed…read moreoff and stones loose. They had to completely rebuild all the damage. They explained every step they had to take to do so. They did an absolutely amazing job. My rings look beautiful! I can feel the weight difference in my hand and the prongs and channel set seem strong and are perfectly symmetrical. The stones have all been beautifully polished and cleaned. Will definitely recommend to others.
