When doing my walkway, though, Arlis left my hose running overnight: I discovered a flooded basement and over $6,000 in damage. Arlis Jones surveyed the damage and agreed it was his fault, and proposed "working off" the charges rather than getting the insurance companies involved. Instead, he managed to weasel an additional $600 dollars out of me (for "supplies") and then dashed. He failed to respond via text, phone, or e-mail regarding options. Additionally: I found in retrospect that he was grossly overcharging me for the work he had done. He was unable to produce receipts for the "supplies". His crew left my lawn a mess with chunks of concrete scattered everywhere, and the quality of his work on my front steps was extremely poor. Avoid this company.

It's not the truth. https://www.facebook.com/share/r/1CHwp6FQAu/?mibextid=wwXIfr . The concrete or cement that was used was not of good quality (it wasn't smooth and full of chunks and rocks). The concrete work that was laid is full of cracks, chips, holes, and crumbling rough edges. It is all unfinished subpar concrete work. Bryant Concrete did not lay boards for their machinery and completely destroyed our landscaping. They left concrete rocks, sticks, bricks and boards and provided no clean up. They left our home in a huge mess!!!! Called them several times stated they would come and finish (unfortunately, yes, paid thousands of dollars in full). He lies about when he is coming (no call, no show). I call he says " I'm sorry, I'm behind, the day is not over I'm coming ", and never shows up. PLEASE BEWARE!!! They eventually came out and did a deal coat, which didn't fix anything. For over 2 years now they keep saying they will come out to fix, but they never have. Here are a few other things to consider: 1. The son kept saying that I should work with him because he will make it right. He has been telling me for 2 years that he would come, but he's been "too busy" to come out. 2. When they seal coated the driveway as a way to try and fix it, they splattered tar all over the side of the house and garage door. He said he would fix it but, as expected, he never did. 3. The company will respond to your reviews with "please call us to fix it", but they never will. 4. The son will text you after you post a negative review and he will actually make it sound like he's doing you a favor. Last text I got from him said "I'll fix it just to get you out of my hair". Still didn't fix it. 5. They lie about the work they do. They were supposed to remove the old base layer, and lay down a new layer of gravel. I literally watched them and he never did it. He even told me that the gravel below was in great shape and it wasn't needed. Clearly when you look at the pictures you will see that this looks like a 20 year old driveway, but it's less than 3 years old. At this point, I can't trust you to do the work and honor your warranty. If you are serious about your customers, you can pay another company to fix it and do it right.
