They said to call them and they would come and clean the chimney. I called back in May for them to clean the chimney. I was given a date a time frame of when they would arrive. The time came and went with them not showing up and no phone call. I had to call them. They claimed they were busy with emergencies due to some storms that had rolled through the area. I was given a new date and time frame for July. Again the date and time came and went with them not showing up and again no phone call. I did not waste my time calling them. I found a new contractor to come and clean the chimney. The contractor performed an inspection and recommended that do not use the chimney. This company was supposed to fix a missing flu tile and never did. Luckily they did not charge us for that but it was definitely discussed when we originally hired them. The company agreed to rebuild the top courses of brick and repour the crown. This was done very poorly per the new contractor. Please do not waste your time with this company.

The only positive part of this entire experience was when Tim Jr. was actually on site--he was professional and the work seemed promising at that point. Unfortunately, once full payment was made, everything completely fell apart. After being paid in full I didn't hear from them for 3 weeks when there was still unfinished work. When I called Tim Jr. I was given a date and time they would return--only for them to never show up. No call, no text, no explanation. This happened repeatedly. The job itself is still incomplete 2 months later. They poured concrete for our diving board area and never came back to seal it, leaving a noticeable, unfinished section. On top of that, our contract clearly stated that they would seed the area that was torn up during the project. They did put down fresh dirt, but never returned to actually seed it--yet another part of the job that was paid for but left unfinished. At this point, I am a 70-year-old woman going to Lowe's myself, trying to figure out how to match and fix something that was already paid for and should have been done properly in the first place. This has been an incredibly frustrating and disappointing experience. Lack of professionalism, poor communication, and failure to complete the job after full payment is completely unacceptable. Not only did we need a new driveway but we also decided on replacing the sidewalk and adding a back yard patio. Juan, the owner and his entire crew were so friendly and professional and really take pride in their work. October 28,2024 was tear out day and November 1, 2024 was pouring the concrete day. Everything went as scheduled and looks really great and definitely added value and curb appeal to our home.
