Instead, it seemed as though I was a quick buck. The job went long and after not getting a call, I phoned them. I was told they were pulling my truck out right at that moment - OK, maybe. I've no reason yet to not trust them. After picking up the truck (which was left a mess) I notice pretty quickly things were not right. My steering wheel controls and backup camera did not work at all. I called and was told to come back. Unfortunately, I was heading out of town for two weeks with the truck so I told them I'd swing by after the trip. While on the trip I realize my mic for calls and my parking lights weren't functioning correctly either. It was clear to me that they did not check that everything I paid for, was functioning, so I decided to not give them the shot to make it right. I didn't trust that they would make my truck a priority and I couldn't go without it for a lengthy period of time. I purchased a radio on Amazon and installed it myself and now everything is working properly. With zero experience or prior knowledge, I did a better job than these professionals. I gave them the second star since I didn't give them a second chance. I won't be back and will not recommend their radio install (maybe they're good at tinting or rims - I'll never know). I'm disappointed. My preference is to promote the local spots. Sadly, not this one. *Update* I spoke with the owner over the phone after he promised a 100% refund. He asked that I come in on Monday to meet with him. On Monday, he wasn't there. Instead I was handed a phone to talk to him. He blamed a miscommunication for the backup camera, did not address any other issues. I had the radio in hand to return, but he refused the return and offered me a refund of $90 (paid $680 in total) for my installation. I declined obviously disappointed in their lack of care for the customer. Removed a star after giving them a chance to make it right and didn't. These guys cannot be trusted.

They were able to replace my windshield, re-calibrate all safety features and also install new inspection stickers. They also installed new wiper blades. Every company we spoke to was so friendly and helpful, even though half of them weren't even open for business because it was a Sunday. When we called the Louie's number the man who answered told me he is not a mind reader. Wouldn't tell me if they would have been the company called out that evening. Completely rude and condescending. Please do not use this service if you have a choice.

The police station claimed they wanted to do a sweep of my car to make sure all drugs, guns, and paraphernalia was not in my car! One that was completed my car was held by them for a week that they claimed was ready for pick up but they never got in contact with me! The customer service attendant was very rude and condescending. So please just be aware of what you're getting into when you go there!
