I called to follow up Upon calling said establishment the phone was answered with a "hello?" I didn't even know if I had called a business or not. I asked "is this mad towing?" The women said "yes?" I repeated the information to her she had given to my husband and she repeated "he and I literally JUST got off the phone, I barely sent the order out to the tow truck... he didn't say he wanted a call but I guess I can have the driver call him." A few minutes later we get a call from the driver. Driver: "I JUST got the order just now I'm only just now leaving." Needless to say we waited for almost an hour. Won't be using this service again

This guy showed up in 30 minutes. It took him about an hour cause it was freaking cold, but he charged me for less than an hours work plus the $3.50 for the male pigtail. There was no other service charge. I don't know if that is always the case or it's just because I was pretty close....but he's honest and he's good at what he does. He also heard my glad hand gasket leaking air and replaced it at no charge. Good to know that there are people out there still willing to do a good job at a more than fair price!!!!

I did make out them saying they needed to know what was wrong with the vehicle. If I knew I would have fixed it and not called for a tow. Called another local place and got it taken care of in English! I would love to try this place but the answering service is ridiculous! Got a discount from the other place because of the testimonial I gave about this place. They had nothing good to say about them either. Couldn't review on Google so had to do it here. Would possibly delete this review if next time I call I don't get an answering service in another country.
