That didn't work so employee turned off the power to machine and we all know that means the washer isn't going to allow me to wash without putting another $10.50 in it. This is what I'm mad about, the employee could have taken $10.50 out of the bucket of quarters she had or taken quarters out of machine that I had just put $10.50 in and allow me to wash my comforter. She told me repeatedly that I had to put another $10.50 in the machine. I paid for a wash, and I did not get one.
