Horrible! Says he is a mobile mechanic but can't fix anything once he gets there. Called him about a pickup truck not starting. He told me $150.00 to come out and $150.00 an hour. Thinking he could fix the issue; I agreed. DID NOT SAY 2 hour minimum but insisted he did. Came, spent 15 minutes here and told me I needed a new starter but he doesn't have the tools to fix it. Would highly recommend D &R. We had an issue with our RV an electrical issue. Called them and told them the issue. They asked questions to get better idea of problem. My Semi was needed a jump start and i called this scammer. He came in a construction car without ant powerful jump starter. He started to charge my big rig's batteries with his van chareger. ( shame) After two hours fo struyggle he told my that he will be back with heater and charger. He came back after two hours with another guy ( who sat in the van whole time). They started to heat up the engine block after an hour or so he started to carnking, but batteries had no charge. After struggling , he told me that i need new batteries ( which are only two months Old) and new starter. I asked him to replace the batteries and starter, but he said he will be back next day with a rigger to start the truck. He charged me $535 for the sevice he was failed due to the lack of proper jummer. After i called TA road serice . and get my truck started without changing batteries and starter..
