While that was an unwelcome surprise, I felt extremely fortunate that Corneliu was the one who discovered and ultimately fixed the problem. This issue was neglected by another contractor who had done siding work previously for me. Corneliu fixed everything the RIGHT WAY at a very fair price and worked as late as 7:30pm, long after the sun had gone down, to ensure everything was done before the next storm rolled in. I'll be hiring Corneliu for a bathroom remodel later this year and anything else that may come up!

We wanted a door installed in the interior of our home. Cornel arrived, measured the space, explained the different styles, asking what we'd like. Then he went to the hardware store himself, took photos of all of the options that fit our criteria, and texted us the options so we could choose, saving me time from having to go to the store myself. He also went above and beyond by offering to fix the opposite side of the door frame, which was ugly before the project started. We didn't even think it was an option to fix that. Cornel installed the door, painted it, and fixed the trim on both sides, on the same day. The final result is absolutely perfect. It's beautiful, and the quality is stellar. We will certainly be using Smart Construction again in the future for home projects that we can't do ourselves.

They came in quickly to replace the water heater and repair the damage. New flooring, drywall, paint and carpet. I was very pleased with how amazing everything looked. This wasn't just a rushed fix-it job, they really made it beautiful! They left the place spotless and ready to rent. I inquired about replacing an existing weathered deck that I felt wasn't worth saving. Many layers of paint that were chipping off, some scruffy looking boards, it looked hopeless. Trace looked at it and told me the wood was in good shape and recommended having it sanded down and a sealer/stain applied. I was blown away! It looked brand new! He saved me thousands of dollars. He also arranged for a roofing company to replace my roof and ordered new skylights as well. Trace and his crew have a great eye for detail and it shows in their finished product. Our project was 2 bathrooms remodeling projects (primary and the kids bathroom). We've collected 3 bids and one of them was Level up, to be honest they were in the middle on the price. We felt in great hands with the service and with the Craftsman and the quality of the work. They project managers was great and helpful on daily basis. I do want to mention that the project did take a bit longer than expected and but have to say it was for a good reason and for the quality of work it was definitely worth it! We're planning to do a kitchen remodel project next April with Level up after we experienced such a good customer service and very high quality of work! He was in awe of their work. Everything was done to perfection. We had over 6 bids for bathrooms ( total redo) and their prices were amazing for the work they did! They listened to our concerns, came up with a plan. We could not be happier! Besides bathrooms, we were going to have them do our flooring- carpet to LV. Third floor condo - we ordered all, they bought everything up three flights of steps ( 950 square feet) - after carpet was up they noted flooring was off, and LV was not an option unless floor floated. We opted for carpet. They hauled all of the LV back down three flights. Zero complaints. Happy to do whatever was in our best interest! When we thanked them for their great work throughout, their response was always " we thank you. We are grateful for the work!" Kind, perfectionists, trustworthy, tidy... we can not say enough good about them. Family run business. Gustavo and Danny have our highest recommendation! They also work with other stellar professionals. We are so grateful to them!!!

Wise Choice uses a platform for selecting materials and so forth that was great in theory, rather questionable in practice, and our wires got crossed more than a few times. The time issue was simply that the projects took a bit longer than we'd planned. The time problem though was at least partly our fault (changing our minds about design, etc), and that was compounded by suppliers actually sending the wrong product on occasion, so certainly not all a Wise Choice issue. Other than that, they were great to work with, very pleasant people all around, very conscientious (cleaning up work spaces thoroughly every day), and the entire project came in under budget! They were great to work with throughout the entire process, from architectural and engineering plans, permitting, and the actual construction. The project manager, Sergiy, and foreman, Bogdan, were very honest, helpful, and responsive every step of the way. The project was completed pretty much on budget (with only a couple of unforeseen issues outside of their control) and on time. We love the results, and several people have commented that the addition looks like it should have been there all along. We can't recommend Wise Choice highly enough!
