Terrible I ordered food and was told they don't deliver unless you tip. I didn't say I wasn't I said I'm paying cash.. no you can't have my card number!! Then the girl I was speaking to put the old lady on.. she must be the owner, completely unnecessary rudeness. I asked for a deliver and she stated her driver doesn't go unless you leave a tip!? I don't car what anyone says, yes this is not a luxurious pizza restaurant. Yes the family yells and fights all the time. It's all part of the experience. I grew up eating here and have since moved to Las Vegas. This is my absolute first stop every time I go home!! The roast beef sandwich is the best sandwich I've ever had. Again, I live in Las Vegas and have travelled all over the world. The sandwich is phenomenal. Also the Greek pizza is incredible as well. YES it's a bit messy! YES there's pizza boxes everywhere! Now I know they have bad nights try them again but we have many times and each time we get food that seems like no one cares how they make it and we spend a good amount each time! our calzones were very burnt and no flavor no we did not call them because in our experience, it does not work! Soley based on the employees, I called to order a delivery the other day and the kid was very rude and when I told him that I didn't want anything else he just said okay bye. He was yelling at his co worker while on the phone with me. He didn't even tell me the price, I had to pay by card he didn't even ask he just assumed I had cash. Great Greek-style pizzeria. The pizza is consistently good...don't expect Neapolitan-style. That's not what this place sells - it is GREEK. My favorite is actually called the "Greek" pizza...it comes with gyro meat and feta...so good. The gyros themselves are also very good. Not my favorite fries, but the accompanying salad is always generous and fresh. I'm not sure if they make the dressing, but it is GOOOOOD. It's super tangy and I like to dip my fries in it. If you're not used to the flavors in a Greek tomato sauce, maybe ask to try it before ordering any of the pasta dishes. I think there's cinnamon in there and it's slightly sweet with sugar. It's good, but not was I was expecting when taking my first bite. Now that I know what to expect, I'd happily order it again. Lastly, the staff is great. D&M has helped me out in a pinch many times when ordering large quantities of pizza for my students at short enough notice that they could've told me to get lost. As far as quality pizza goes, I'm sure there is a proverbial black hole centered in Providence that extends to somewhere near Mystic, CT and up past Attleboro, MA. Stuck between great pizza towns like New York, New Haven and Boston, you'd think Providence and its surroundings would by mere accident have some decent pizza, but you'd be terribly wrong. D&M Pizza typifies everything that is wrong with the local pies: polystyrene like crust, greasy 'cheese', non-existent sauce and lackluster toppings. These flaws actually make the cold leftovers that much worse. I suppose one redeeming quality this shop has is that it is one of the few places around here where one can buy a Gyros. But ultimately, one's better off taking their chances with the only slightly less mediocre pizza shops around town. read more

Stopped for lunch this week while in the area for business. Had the Chicken Caesar salad. Owner was super friendly. The salad was large, fresh and the chicken was excellent. Great value. Stayed for over an hour working on the laptop and saw many folks come in for lunch, obviously regulars, mail carriers and local contractors. Owner asked before they got to the counter, did they want their regular and all said yes. He knows his clientele and they come back for what they like. Nothing better than local spots that you can count on. Will come back and try other items that I heard being ordered. Seems like the tuna salad sub is a favorite and the cheese pizza too. read more

Minus one star for him, rude and condescending as if I couldn't possibly handle working in his precious pizza rathole. Minus another star for the old man apparently running the show, gave me no name no intro like I'm just supposed to just know who this guy is and what he allegedly does here. Attleboro has plenty of pizza options. As a former resident, I had the plenty of opportunity to try them all. As far as pizza and such in Attleboro, I consider D&M to be the best. I think I would call it "solid" or even "very good." If you're looking for truly excellent or gourmet pizza, you may be disappointed. But for a local restaurant that concentrates on take-out, it's a great option: it's priced competitively, the staff are friendly, and I've always enjoyed the food, particularly the pizza. I think it's the superior option for pizza in Attleboro. For superior options, you'd have to head down I-95 to Providence, where (contrary to one other reviewer's uninformed assertion) there are many options for lovers of truly great pizza. But if you're in Attleboro, you want take-out, and you're looking for a pizza, a calzone, chicken parm, etc., I would recommend D&M with no hesitation. read more

I live down the street and feel fortunate to have a place like this in my neighborhood. I have tried all of the pizza and subs places within easy driving range (there are a few) and I keep coming back to D & M. The meatball sub is as good as any I have had anywhere. No frills, just delicious meatballs, plenty of melted cheese, tasty marinara. I can't fault the steak and cheese, either. A heaping portion of flavorful steak, for a bargain price.
