My beautiful $12,000 walkway that's two years old, and the pavers have been coming up since it was put down!!! I messaged them immediately to let them know..... I was told they were gonna come back and fix it which they never did??? definitely wouldn't recommend this company!!! they charged me for four pallets of pavers. I only needed one and a half.??? Poor at best. Our HOA had entered into a three year contract with them for irrigation and lawn services. D & J was terrible, did not take care of our irrigation system properly resulting in the pipes getting clogged and unrepairable, they charged lots of additional money for repairs that rarely were effective and resulted in our outer ring getting burnt up in the summer. We did not renew their contract. Landscaping- poor at best-they continue to park their trucks and trailers on my lawn when servicing neighbors lot. I have repeatedly contacted the management but it continues to happen. I believe its due to a lack any responsible management at the company. Steer clear of this company. Where do I start? I first hired them to get rid of the weeds on my patio and put down silica sand in the cracks to prevent the weeds from coming back. They did the job in November! I did my research and it's supposed to last at least a few years! March came and here are the weeds!! I called and they said they would come out and take a look. This is a very large patio and Brett focused on one area and blamed it on my gutters leaking! The weeds are all over the patio! He said the could come out once and redo that area. This was a $2500 job. Since he seemed so sincere, I asked him about weeding and mulching my garden beds. Within the day, I got an estimate, a contract and was expected to pay 1/2 up front. Great. They did come and clean out my garden beds, which I was expected to pay the balance, but never mulched. Two, three, four weeks went by and the weeds are growing back and no sign of the patio people! I called and was always told that I would get a call back. Nope! I finally drove to their office to talk in person. Not kind or helpful at all! The mulch people finally showed up and they were just going to spread it over the weeds that had grown over EIGHT weeks of arguing with them! I called the office and the poor workers were told on Friday evening of Memorial day weekend to clean the beds before the mulch. They did not weed, they weedwacked and 2 days later, the weeds are coming through the mulch! What a waste of money! Never again! If I could give them zero stars, I would!! read more

The employees for this co are theifs! At least two!they came to cut my grass and stole a buck of clones from one of my cannibus plants. I called to place a complaint and they said it's my fault I left em out and shared a bowl with them Not only did she service my mother in-laws house . Pay attention to the reviews here. This company has declined under the new management. Very unprofessional. Ignores customers issues and then blames you for it. Ruined our organic garden spraying their pesticides all over it when we specifically stated only the front yard numerous times. The owner Tiffany was not very sympathetic at all. Her only solution was to send someone over to "suck up" the pellets. We hesitantly allowed that realizing it was too late. I was extremely upset about this. The contractors they sent back out dug up our grass in areas and left a mess . Pellets were still everywhere. No other solution was given. Just kind of ""Oh well". We decided to stay with them for the rest of the season anyway until late fall came when they sent the same rude person to fertilize the front lawn. He made a mess of our lawn. Blew leaves all into the street.We don't even know if he completed the job. There were leaves covering the whole lawn when he left. How could he have fertilized? If we had some notice they were coming we would have removed the leaves ourselves first. I called to talk about my concerns and spoke with Libby who is extremely unprofessional and rude. She made her own assumptions on what happened. I tried to explain my issue and she just talked over me and spoke to me in a very condescending way. When I realized I was getting nowhere with her after she insulted me over and over & how she was talking to me I told her to take us off the schedule. I was done. I was absolutely shocked at how she handled this. She still harassed us for payment on a job that wasn't even done correctly for months. We never got any resolution? We waited to see if Tifffany would call us to get facts on what happened. Our side of the story. Maybe Libby never told her? I don't know. I did speak to Brett a manager after another phone call from Libby asking for payment. He said he would get back to me but he never did. You know what he did do? Sent us another contract for the upcoming season. Unbelievable. There are many Landscape companies out there that are professional with great customer service. This company is very unprofessional, the crew that comes and cares for our lawn are so rude, they come whenever they feel like it and do not follow any sort of set schedule. They also destroyed our front lawn!! Came home from vacation to our grass completely dead in the start of may and was told they would come spray so it would grow back, well instead of asking for me to move my car to be able to spray they just chose not to, and when I confronted them I was told someone would come back to spray ours and now it is August and our grass still has not grown back!! Beware of this quote was confusing as to what work was expected to be accomplished then they came back a second time to actually correct the job which was a simple landscaping job. I would have loved to give my business to them since they are 2 minutes up the street from us, however they seemed really uninterested in helping. I made a appointment to have someone (Dave maybe)) come give us an estimate to service our yard. One day he showed up and called and left a message saying he was waiting for us. This wasn't the day we agreed on but I checked the cameras and he wasn't there at all. I called him back and he agreed to come following week. He came and did some looking around and said he would email me an estimate. A week went by and I heard nothing so I texted him and he gave me a nasty reply saying estimates take 7-10 buses days and that he'd have something by the end of that week. Never heard anything further so assumed they didn't want our business. But the waiting put us in a time crunch as this a rental property and we were trying to have it ready for the season. read more

This company services my neighbor's yard. In the process, they blow their mulch and yard debris into my lawn and gardens. I had already cleaned my flower bed only to find it filled with old mulch and trimmings from the shrubs on the other side of the fence. The old mulch shards had been blown into the grass we just had fertilized. I called it to the attention of a worker, expressing my frustration of their work compromising my property. He told me he would take care of it but they were under contract with the neighbor!? Seriously, so I am supposed to just watch as your crew makes a mess of my property? One worker did make a pass with the blower only to embed the mulch in the grass. If my neighbor was rational, I would call it to her attention. read more

I have been a customer with D&J landscaping in Wareham MA. for 1 1/2 years. I have had the worst experience with this company . Time after time they show nothing but disappointment. They never completed a job and/or the job was never done and was charge for it. I brought this to Amy, Colleen, and Tiffany attention. All I ever rec'd was excuse after excuse for all their failures. Then they would put the blame on you. I finally said enough is enough and cancelled my contract. Listen folks put your sneakers on and RUN, I mean really RUN. I hired them for the summer of 2019. I was told that they cut our grass biweekly from mid May to mid October , that is all I needed. I just received a bill for all of November for them to cut my grass. . I was there in late October and picked up 15 bags of leaves and there was no grass inside 15 bags of leaves . I called them and they told me I was misinformed and they cut until thanksgiving or the first snow. Again Who cuts grass on November 11 and 25th in New England when there no grass only leaves??? .
