Great pizza place in Canton. Many years in business and an asset to the town.The Italian thin crust pizza is great .I order mine extra sauce and crispy and it comes out perfect every time. My boyfriend and I came here after a long day of house hunting. It was the grossest meal we've ever had and the people behind the counter were so rude. It was like they didnt want to be there. The interior was unclean and it was like the only didnt even care. The pizza was soggy, the roast beef was tough and inedible. There was also a disgusting stench inside. Do not recommend. There are many other sub shops and restaurants in the area that have better food quality and grateful employees. read more

Pizza was just not good. It was cooked in a legit oven but somehow tasted like above average microwave pizza. Beer was decent but 60% foam. Learn how to pour. Not visibly filthy, but your shoes stick and slip on the floor... like adhesive grease. Yuck. Also, someone complained about cold pizza and I thought the manager was going to tune up the customer. I love how they stuff the subs nicely, some places give barely any ingredients, but here the subs are stuffed full and overflowing with ingredients. My favorite is the steak and cheese with onions and banana peppers. I did also have a pizza, a pepperoni, onion and mushroom which was great and not greasy , next time I'm in the area when I visit my aunt and get our food, I'm going to try the chicken buffalo tenders and fries. The service was good, it's an older sub shop and not modern looking, it looks like a mom and pop family type place, which I love, because the franchise type sub and pizza shops never stuff the sub rolls with ingredients. read more

Ordered the steak n cheese and pepperoni pizza! Both were horrible! Steak n cheese came on a burnt roll with hardly any steak and no cheese and was very dry Pizza was opposite, very undercooked with hardly any sauce and very little pepperoni Dough tasted awful and stale Guy working there was very rude and was yelling and screaming at his employees when I arrived to pick up my order ! Waited 5 minutes till someone acknowledged me standing there waiting to pick up my order Maybe that's why my food was lukewarm by the time I got home 5 minutes later ! I'm new to the area and already found a new spot by asking some local neighbors who also agreed this place is horrible! So don't waste your money here ! There's plenty of better options in the area ! I visited a friend in Dedham and wanted to get some pizza for dinner and he suggested D&E Pizza & Subs in downtown Canton. It was around 6:30pm and the area was pretty busy so I had to park down the street. As I was walking up to the business there were several young men outside being extremely loud and yelling at people on the sidewalk. They were dropping F bombs and calling people names. They seemed to be together like they were in a fraternity. One of the guys was older and seemed like an owner or manager as he stood near the doorway but I can't say for sure. The outside of the building including the front window was really dirty. I never set foot inside the actual business as it was a hostile environment to say the least. I didn't feel comfortable going inside their establishment with what was going on out front on the sidewalk. So I ended up going down the street to Stone L'oven Pizza and had some great food. Since I never went inside D&E Pizza I can't speak on their food, but I can speak on the vibe and attitude going on around and outside and it was rather disgusting. As for Stone L'oven Pizza I'd highly recommend them! read more

This serves a great slice of pizza and the people are lovely considering what is being done to them. I really like the Chicken Parm. The shop is very clean. The negative comments on here are unfounded and those people are harassers, not one can provide proof they have been in this shop. Grow up! Came here on the strong recommendation for cheesesteaks reviewed by long time Yelp friend, Dawn E. Just to put this in perspective, I drove 38 minutes out of Boston to try the food here (yeah, I'm THAT guy), and dragged my son in tow, who is the premiere authority on cheese pizza. I take my cheesesteaks seriously, because I can't stand the crap that's served by large chains, so yes, if it's good, I'm making the drive..... (plus it helps to get away from the screaming wifey every once in a while, but don't tell her I said that..). Double thumbs up on both accounts, and I spent some time hanging out talking to the owner, Chris, who's owned this place for 20 years, and whenever I like a business owner at first blush, I always think highly of the establishment, as the food speaks from the heart. While his specialty is subs (and good lord there is a huge menu selection!) he also makes both Greek and Italian style pizza, which they affectionately call "Enzo" style. So you can ask for an Enzo with pepperoni, and he'll know. Huge fan of Chris and his business, and definitely for his pizza and cheesesteak sub. I'll be back many, many times over. read more

Worst experience ever. Had one special order and the guy starts throwing the F bomb. Not for the fact he hung up on me once. Never again.

This is a tough one but I'm going with 4 stars. I got a cheese pizza, mozzarella sticks, chicken parm sum, and Greek salad. Only tasted the pizza so far. My kid said the moz sticks were good but those are hard the mess up. Everyone buys them frozen from a food distributor and just fries them. Pizza is good. Fair price and size. I like the crust, nice sauce and good cheese. It is pretty oily but otherwise, a very nice pie. For face covering - they don't wear them so know that goin in. The girl up front had a mask around her chin but not over her face. The guys doing the food prep did not have any, even for form. I get that it's hot but geez, make an effort. Service was rather cold but not unfriendly so whatever, I don't need the people making my pizza to give me the warm and fuzzies. Lastly, the girl stated the item on my order up front and I confirmed it but when she set down the order on the counter it was missing the salad. I told her and she apologized and grabbed it.
