The quality of his work was excellent, and the finished product looks great. A fella came out and looked at the situation. Inside speakers and outside speakers to connect to the record player. When we got a day set on, a guy came out. Really nice guy who knew his stuff, but didn't know this system. It was literally his first time looking at it. He went at it with confidence and got the speakers set, despite the speaker stands missing. When it got time to program it to use he had to just work his way through it. It took more time to get the speakers to turn on right that the installation. They are top of the line speakers, and a great central system. But with the speaker stand situation and feeling hung out to dry on service, it hurt a little.

Im waiting for him all day Sunday....nothing all day...guy says he forgot to tell his wife and therefore he couldnt make it and that he wanted one more chance for Monday. Sure thing the guy went completely MIA on Monday no response. Personally I felt he placed us in last priority because he probably wanted to go after bigger fishes which I dont knock the hustle...but this also tells me that this man is a one-man-band-man for years and instead of hiring help to assist with other clients, he rather do it himself and choose which clients he wants to cater..aka the more $$$ the better chances. Look I totally get it...if you cant make it or you're completely booked I respect that....but the whole leaving us flat making false promises? Thats just uncalled for. I thought he would be apologetic about the phone call Saturday and try to rectify it but no! He was talking so fast I didn't know who he was because he was angry and yelling at me. I had to yell at him to tell him to slow down and say who he is. He told me to calm down and he'll tell me one more time that I better take down the bad review that I posted Saturday. Threatening me!! I figured out who he was when he said that and I said "oh you're the one from the phone call the other night"! So I told him "yes I wrote it because that phone call was rude". He then proceeded to say "oh you want to play"? So I said "yea I'll play and told him to F off" and hung up the phone. He called me again I didn't answer. I put it off for months, but when I finally started researching replacement options, Alarm Grid's videos and information were everywhere--YouTube, forums, and Google searches. After learning that my old panel was discontinued, Alarm Grid's resources clearly explained how to upgrade to the Honeywell/Resideo PROA7PLUS ProSeries 7-inch touchscreen panel, along with adding the PROTAKEOVER module to maintain compatibility with my existing Honeywell 5800 Series wireless sensors. I ordered both the panel and module and received them in just five days with free shipping. Installation was straightforward thanks to Alarm Grid's step-by-step YouTube videos. I did initially have trouble configuring my window and door sensors, but after realizing they needed to be set to "Service 2" in the programming, all my 5816 sensors worked perfectly. I also decided to add monitoring with app-based arm/disarm for just $10 per month. Nicholas Fuller activated my system remotely and made the entire process seamless. Huge thanks to Alarm Grid and the entire team for their expertise, professionalism, and top-notch customer service. I couldn't be more satisfied with the experience!

They weren't the cheapest (the installer I used before for something broke his foot so couldn't use him unfortunately), but I liked that Donovan seemed to know what he was talking about and felt good about him. They came and started opening things up to see what would work. I wanted the speaker cables hidden in the walls/ceiling and they were able to make that happen. I also had 2 wires ran to the back of the room when I upgraded my receiver. Couldn't position one of the speakers exactly where I wanted cause of a stud, but he made it work. He was also able to snake a bunch of TV wires through the exterior wall on the other side from the previous installers failed on the side they tried. I was super happy about that. After installing the speakers, he patched everything and came back the next day to finish it off. The Dobly Atmos/DTS:X works great! Love watching movies and TV shows with it. After finding a painter who could match the knockdown texture to the rest of the walls/ceilings, it's like they were never here. Already spoke to Donovan about another project and if I decide to go forward on that will be using him in the future.
