A lady named Tonya in service actually helped get me interested in a Ram. I had been a Ford guy my entire life, and was about to buy somewhere out of town. Dakota and the sales people were awesome. Then in financing Mrs. Sandy was one of the easiest to work with, and most up front and honest about interest rates and tried to help me get everything the way I wanted it set up. I fumbled through the console to find the tire gauge while my wife kept driving, all the while on the lookout for a service station. But wait! What's that up ahead? --- A sign that has the word "tires" on it. Long story - short version. We pull in and are greeted politely by "Sean" (Shawn?) I explain the situation to him and he says, "We'll pull your car in and take a look. In the meantime there is a lounge with hot coffee and other snacks. Make yourself comfortable." I spent the next few minutes chatting with several other workers who were just as polite. And, when Sean reenters, he says..."No problem. All the tires were a bit low so I pumped them up for you. You're good to go. Shouldn't have any problem, Likely just the cold weather." AND...."No charge...Have a safe trip!" Folks.....it simply doesn't get any better than this.

I called to see if my problem was something they could take a look at and fix and they were really professional and sweet on the phone. They agreed to take me in as soon as I drove into town, and they did exactly that when I got there. They had my car diagnosed and fixed within 45 minutes (I was expecting to be there for over an hour). They were very honest and professional, and not to mention their prices were very reasonable.
