I had an excellent experience with Frontier Motors and truly appreciate how smooth and stress‑free…read morethey made the entire process. From the moment I reached out, the team was professional, transparent, and genuinely focused on helping me find the right vehicle rather than pushing a sale. They answered every question clearly, provided all the information I needed up front, and never made me feel rushed or pressured. The vehicle I looked at was exactly as described -- clean, well‑maintained, and priced fairly. It's refreshing to work with a dealership that values honesty and customer service as much as Frontier Motors does. If you're looking for a reliable used vehicle and want to work with people who treat you with respect, I highly recommend Frontier Motors. I'd absolutely purchase from them again. Thank you Mr. Ron Robinson for everything!!!

I called Frontier Motors that exact day to confirm if they offer this service and they said they do and would write the diminished value estimate for when my repairs is done. When I got my vehicle back from repairs I drove down there and I spoke with one of their employees, I was told they don't provide diminished value assessments and that I wouldn't get any compensation for my vehicle's reduced value, since the worker told me that people buy cars with accident histories all the time. Honestly, visiting the dealership was a waste of my time and gas. I ended up getting my estimate written up by the insurance adjuster and receiving a diminished value check weeks later from the insurance company, but that's not the outcome I was expecting or hoping for by this "dealership". I've heard good things about this dealership, but my experience was extremely disappointing and did not meet my expectations. And frankly, I get the feeling that if I were to buy a car from them, they'd be quick to help me and do whatever it takes to get me what I want. It's frustrating to see such inconsistency.

Meh. Don't expect much. Do, however, be aware that they "have" to arrange/get your tags for you. One was filthy on the inside and the other had tons of water trapped in the door and leaking into the floor area. After the test drive, I did a quick internet search since I remembered seeing some similar cars in the area for cheaper. One of the cars was $6888 on Craigslist, which made me super unimpressed with Dana, the initial guy we talked to. He's skeezy. Then we met Nathan, the main guy and he said that it was in fact $6888 after I told him what I found. We thought about it and came back a week later to buy, at which time the car was $6495 on Craigslist. They told my husband they wouldn't let it go below $6500 as a deal since they last told him $6888. Ugh! Just be a little honest! We bought the car on the condition they clean it...which they were only able to do a mediocre job at best. My advice -- Look up the prices on their website and Caigslist prior to coming here. They will quote you a higher price, it's lower on their website and even lower on Craigslist. Then deal directly with Nathan and steer clear of Dana.
