We stopped at a few other dealerships in the area, didn't love the prices for what they were offering, and kept searching when we finally stopped at Honda. We came after hours so unfortunately no one was available to talk to us, but we still were able to look around at the vehicles they were selling. We stumbled on this 2022 Ram 1500 and were super interested since it'd fit our families needs and more. The price wasn't terrible for a full sized truck either which was also a plus. So, we head home, do some research, and set an appointment to test drive the truck. I was promptly reached out to after requesting the appointment where they confirmed my time. When we got to the dealership our salesman's, Johnny, was ready to greet us and had everything ready to go for us to test drive the vehicle. The test drive went great and Johnny asked us the usual questions about how we liked the truck and, of course, we loved it so we got to talking about purchasing. We've bought cars in the past so we were ready to have to haggle tooth and nail for what we wanted with the vehicle we were hoping to buy. However, were pleasantly surprised when our offer on the vehicle we wanted to purchase wasn't pushed back on and was quickly accepted. Johnny was very friendly and went over everything on the paperwork. He answered all of our questions and got us back to Ian the finance guy. Ian was also fantastic and was able to answer all the questions we had and they even got us a better APR than our bank was offering (which is great for these high percentage rates these days). Super great people and friendly service. I love that they're not the usual stiff dealership that doesn't want to haggle to get you a good deal.

We actually have had 4 Hondas at once and always take care and have proper maintenance done when suggested. 163,000 miles. needs an A5. oil change and engine coolant replacement. already $600. I also had new tires put on adding another $1,200 to my bill. and don't forget the tire alignment charge in with the $600. Go to pick it up, suggest $180 diagnostic to see why suspension is messed up on rear of car. That doesn't include any pets labor or services after the fact of course......And suggest transmission flush for $500 though we just had transmission fluid replaced less than one year ago. "There are too many reasons for us to go into as to why this might have happened". Can't tell you what the problem is.....oh but we can fix it for at least $500.....right. My gas light is on, a warning light saying keyless remote battery low is now on my dash as well. Oh and I asked the service person if there was an extra surcharge if I used a CC to pay for service. Nope. Surprise, there was. Had to get that refunded and repaid with a debit card. All the advisors were new and was a horrible experience. Not just one thing to be put out about but like 5 things that were jacked up. So glad we are moving from this area. Would not go back there again even if we were not moving. Very disappointed in Honda today.

Called all week and spoke to two salesman's, the answering service, and some manager before Jeremiah- a sales guy, took me seriously... Finally on Saturday morning I was able to get confirmation on what I was trying to purchase... Believe it or not... I took an Uber and closed the transaction over the phone. That was nice... However, there was a specific amount on a $28,000 vehicle that I needed to be under monthly... In the length of the online contracts they didn't disclose to me the warranty that was an additional $2800... By the time I got there suddenly the $28,000 transaction after a 9500 down payment was a total of $27,500 if I recall correctly... !!! THIS HERE!!! I had a license plate that I was going to bring to put on the truck... They charged me full price for a registration an instead of transferring a tag, told me I was getting $400 back but instead sent me $78 check because they didn't swap but issued a new tag... I have yet to deposit check because I do not want to confirm anything binding by making this deposit. I hope the dealership reads this and offers to help fix at least the plate because I still don't know if the license plate I have is legal on my truck. Lastly, I haven't received the $2800 in return from the warranty that I canceled... I feel like they took advantage of my expedient transaction... Erick's decent and has been ahelpful and Jeremiah waited until we got there about 20 minutes after close. Kudos man I would haven been able to make the purchase of it wasn't for you! I'd hire you! Thanks man. Quite frankly I think this dealership's ridiculous and unless there's something specifically you want... Only Eric and Jeremiah were worth a lick. A lot of bs but at least it's not a lemon.

After the diagnosis, I was told that my part would be in and installed by weeks end and would be able to return home in time for important work commitments. After calling in to make sure them part was in, I was told "yes, its in and we are going to install it, and you be on your way home". I call the next day and was told that my part was NOT IN and was in fact on back order. In order to fix their screw up, they offered me a rental car from Enterprise, and said that BMW has a "Reunite Program" and will transport my car back to my home, which is out of state. I thought that was very thoughtful and at that moment began to mentally for give this "stealership" for crapping the bed on the supposed part that was in but really wasn't. A few weeks go by after they contacted me saying the car is fixed but that "BMW won't honor the reunite program because I own property in the area." WTF? So I call BMW North America: THEY STATED THAT THEY WERE NEVER CONTACTED BY THE DEALERSHIP AND I INDEED QUALIFY FOR THE REUNITE PROGRAM AS I WAS 500 MILE OR LESS FROM MY HOME." So basically this crappy slime ball Stealership lied and tried to blame BMW North America on denying what I was entitled to. The only person there that wasn't part of the lie was the receptionist girl Taylor. Somebody should hire her cause she is the one that has field all the dissatisfied customers at this dishonest stealership.
