I never had such a headache as I have dealing with these trash companies in Newton! August 3rd I set up to have our trash picked up by Curbside, since Peach State stopped service for Newton County. This was a Tuesday. They tell me it's going to be early the following week before I can get my can (7th or 8th). Issue...they pick up on Tuesday so I probably won't have ours picked up. So Wednesday (9th) I call and leave a message asking about our can. A lady calls back and tells me that it'll be Thursday or Friday that we'll get our can (10th or 11th). I explain to her that our trash is piling up and we can't leave it by the street (which they said we could do) without being in a can due to the fact that we live in a wooded area with lots of animals that could get into it. She tells me she will put me on the urgent list. Cool beans! I get another call a little later from another lady, this time I don't answer but she leaves a voicemail. The voicemail tells me the same thing...can delivery Thursday or Friday. So what happens when I get home at 0145 Saturday morning (12th)? STILL NO CAN! Oh, and I've already paid $45 for 3 months of service. Have already missed one week and looks as though I may miss a second week! So this rating and review will sit here until things change! Things eventually got better. We found out that they actually delivered our can to the wrong house. Had no issues until here recently. The latest issue was that they lost our payment and ended up taking our can. I had to end up printing our bank account details out and taking it up there to show them where we had paid. It's been a bumpy ride with this company so far. I plan to stick with them though. They've had their issues, but do fix them. They've worked they way from a 1* to a 3* to a 1* to a 3* again. I'll bump them up...if they can continue without issue.

If I had concerns, I would call and Darien helped me. This company is responsive, their prices are on par with the market, and I didn't even fill my dumpster. I had a lot of space left, but I also approached filling it like a game of Tetris. My family and I were very strategic with how we loaded the dumpster. We used every corner and still had lots of room to spare. I don't have anything else to throw out, but I need to use this company again because my interactions with them make that money well-spent.
