I rented a 20 yard dumpster from Cherie recently and I was super impressed with the customer…read moreservice, price, and professionalism throughout the entire rental. Cherie was very knowledgeable and helped me the select the right size dumpster, took the time to google my property and help determine the best placement, and provided me the LOWEST rates by far of any dumpster rental around. The delivery driver was right on point, delivering my dumpster early morning the day after Christmas (even after I ordered last minute), and professionally placed the dumpster on my property so as not to cause ANY marks in my grass or on my driveway. I was also truly impressed with pick up; that driver was just as courteous and professional, took his time to remove the dumpster, and once it was gone NO ONE could tell it was ever there!!! So besides the BEST price around BY FAR, when you order from Cherie you will get white glove service all the way from order placement to pick up! Very appreciative of her and her drivers :-) Thank you all so much for everything!!!!

When I contacted Cleaned Bins, they originally referred another company, who they thought serviced my area. The other company originally referred Cleaned Bins lol. Although my area is outside of their route, they managed to squeeze me in within a week of contacting them. That was totally appreciated. The guy cleaned the bins very well. On the inside and outside. No smell and all of the gunk at the bottom of the bin is gone. I noticed an immediate decrease of flies in my backyard. Thanks again for coming this far from your route. I appreciate it!

I cannot recommend this company…read more The service was scheduled for a specific day, and despite having my trash bins outside since the night before, they never showed up. Instead, I was told the bins "weren't outside," which was simply untrue. The experience started off on the wrong foot when they texted me to confirm the wrong service date. I had to reach out to get their scheduling mistake corrected, which should have been handled on their end. To make matters worse, there appears to be no real customer service. Every interaction is with AI that repeatedly says a human will respond, but no one ever does. When there was an issue, there was no accountability, no follow-up, and no way to speak with an actual person to resolve it. If you're paying for a service, the expectation is that the company shows up as scheduled and has someone available to help when things go wrong. Unfortunately, this company failed on both counts. Save yourself the frustration, time, and money, and look elsewhere.

Your website lists Fayetteville as a service area. If you require a minimum load to service said area that needs to be stipulated on the website AND when I sent my photos in. I have other projects lined up that depended on this service. Very unprofessional. As the owner you should have called yourself to cancel instead of putting it on an employee that wasn't part of the decision and make the booking for me in good faith. He was very polite and professional. You obviously put him in a bad spot. Shameful. From the Owner "I started Peachtree because too many haulers showed up late, quoted one price and charged another, and treated people's homes like a job site. We do the opposite -- we show up when we say, we quote it straight, and we treat every house like it's our own. That's the whole business." Ryan Tabb · Owner, Peachtree Junk Removal
