Our first install was done last year, and the floors looked so good we decided to have several more rooms upgraded with hardwood this year. In both sections we selected red oak flooring, natural color with three coats of poly. It is wearing extremely well and will add tons of value to our home! Kevin is wonderful to work with - knowledgeable, dependable, flexible and easy to get in touch with. Within days of signing off on the estimate we had wood delivered and the install scheduled. His installers do great work and are very respectful of your home. They frequently consulted us to confirm they were installing things to our liking. Our home has some "flaws" due to the previous homeowner's handiwork, and I felt both Kevin and Oscar were very knowledgeable and gave great advice on how to fix things to make it look great. They will work with you to make sure the schedule meets your needs so you can minimize disruption to your schedule and live in your home while the work is being completed. On top of all this, their pricing is extremely reasonable and a great value for what you get! I highly recommend Suburban Floor Crafters for any hardwood projects!

I got a quote for EK Pro Restoration to complete a job that I was not competent to complete. I had…read morea mud room that I demoed and started to repair. Quote was separated into different areas: 1)Drywall, mud, tape and finish for paint in mud room, paint 2)Repair damaged drywall on ceiling in kitchen, paint 3)Repair damaged freshly on basement stairs, paint Every step was itemized and had the price next to it so if I thought paint was too much, I'd be able to remove that option. At the end, you pay for any items they needed to purchase to compete your job. I opted for all three items to be completed and also asked for additional things to be added throughout the projects (trim, baseboards, crown molding, paint) and they accommodated every aspect (with additional cost, of course). 2 guys were here for about a week and they were both extremely respectful of the property (booties, cleaned everything, busted ass)..they even asked to use the bathroom every time even though I don't think that was necessary (there was a language barrier of Ukrainian/Russian, so made it a bit hard to know closet meant bathroom lol). All in all, I would highly recommend this company. Photos attached of mud room from where I left it (exposed drywall) and finished product.

They took out the original floor- tile and mortar bed, all the way to the subfloor. We are thrilled with the job they did; cleaned up every day and start to finish only took four days. We recommend without hesitation!

We contracted with Nathaniel to put in all new composite stairs and railings (front and back),…read morereplace some rotted boards under our siding and replace our front door. Weather was an issue but what was more of an issue was that he worked alone and talked on his phone more than he seemed to work. Many people were commenting on how slow he was working. The rot under the siding was fixed well, the stairs were done in the back well, stairs in front my husband felt the support was suspect (means 4x4s were cut short - he made up some excuse that this was his intent) and door window was damaged and cracked. We have tried to contact him on multiple occasions, even going so far as forgetting all the support issues but wanted our door window repaired or replaced. He has ghosted us!! This is unacceptable. We paid him to do a job and didn't hold back any money (our mistake - now he has no reason to call us back). So now our only option is to hire a lawyer to get our door window repaired or replaced because at this point that's all we care about. We didn't pay all that money to have a door that doesn't function properly!
